I was experiencing some issues with my vehicle which appeared to be the brakes. I left it over night to have a full diagnostic completed the next morning. When they called me I was informed nothing was wrong with my car. Talked to the Mgr Mario when I went to get my car to verify it was ok. He proceeded to tell me my brake rotors were wearing out. I immediately asked him why was I told "nothing was wrong with my vehicle"... his response-NOTHING!! I am extremely disappointed with this location. I am a single female who relies on the use of one vehicle. I was sent away with the possibility of something being wrong which didn't get fixed. The manager wasn't apologetic or even helpful to be honest. Needless to say I went an entire 24hrs without my vehicle which was an inconvenience but I wanted to ensure my safety. If I could leave zero stars I would. What an absolute nightmare of an experience... I came in here because I had screw in my tire. Where do I begin though. They told me I would wait about an hour which then turned into nearly 3 hours. I felt bad for the front desk staff trying to even keep up with the people who are coming in and out. However, what really sets me off is the fact that they patched my tire however on the drive home my car was shaking so uncontrollably that I had to stop at another auto dealership only to spend another hundred dollars on a tire fixed and alignment because they messed up my car so bad. I don't care if you're short staffed or if you don't have enough employees to do the work, my concern is when an employee is doing work making sure that they're doing a diligent job of actually fixing the car. This is a hazard and a liability. I'm very fortunate that I was told to stop somewhere else because if not I don't know if my tire would still be on my car at this point. Livid would be an understatement with this branch. I will never bring my car back here and for safety concerns would never advise any of my friends or family to do so either. As you can see I'm more than willing on yelp to review businesses will go above and beyond, however this business fails on every single level to do such and when my safety then becomes an issue because of lack of doing someone's job then I get even more mad. THE WORST EVER - SERVICE & DAMAGE..... I brought my new BMW 750i to this shop to mount 4 new tires on the 4 brand new wheels I just purchased. I asked if they would put plastic over the seats to protect the new white leather. The manager handed me a seat cover and floor liner to put in the car myself, which was odd as a customer. I dropped the wheels off at 3:00pm and explained to the manager Robby, they are VERY expensive custom built wheels & staggered fitment (different tire size from front to rear), so please be careful. Robby says "No problem", we will call you shortly when it's finished. This is a 30-40 min job at most shops. So we went shopping close by, ate dinner, did more shopping. By 7:00pm closing time, still no call. I went back and they had 1 tire on 1 wheel after working at it for 4 hours straight but couldn't get air in it. They apologized and explained that the lead tech will be in tomorrow and they will get right on it first thing in the morning. So at 12:30 the following day, I get a call from the "lead tech" Kevin. He informed me they were able to get Air in tire 1, but no one told him they were staggered wheels and they put the front tire on the rear wheel and the rear tire on the front wheel. I replied "Kevin with all due respect, it's blatantly obvious that 2 of the wheels and tires are 4" wider than the other 2. Checking fitment is an obvious first step in your job". They never got the 4th tire on. I told them to stop there don't touch another wheel. I picked them all up and took them to Cruisin Gold. They had dismounted the mistakes and remounted all 4 tires in less than 30min. I drove 500ft down the road and got a flat tire. This is the 1 tire they fought with for 6 hours, and the only tire they got air in. After taking the tire off the wheel, they found large chunks of the tire bead broke off by Tire Kingdom trying to put the tire on. So, to get home I had to buy another tire they had stocked, and since it was a mismatch brand and size, had to reorder another Pirelli. This was an additional $600 worth of tires they cost me, not including mount and balance 2 more times. I took the damaged tire back to Tire Kingdom to show them, and again no Robby. I explained everything to Kevin and he assured me Robby would call me tomorrow. Of course, Robby never called, clearly they could care less how they damaged my property cost me money due to their incompetence, they least you could do is apologize. So if your thinnking about going here, think again. I wish I would have seen all of their "Terrible" reviews before going there myself. I made an appointment for an oil change and went and walked around. Then I came back 30 mins later deciding to go to Buffalo Wild Wings noticing my car had still not been even pulled to the bay. Okay that's fine. Then I get food it's been 2 hrs at this point. My vehicle still hasn't moved. I can't wait any longer so I go back and politely ask for my keys back. The guy at the front doesn't takes forever to acknowledge me even though I am the only one there. I checked out and notice that my spare tire was nowhere to be found so I advise them and 2 minutes later I heard the back door open saw my spare tire rolling down the sidewalk and then saw the technician who was working on my car jogged to his car and drive off. I knocked on the door to let the people inside know of the situation and their resolution was for me to come back tomorrow for them to resolve it. I got home and what do you know my rim is scratched and there's a chunk missing out of it. I suspected this might happen given how delicate they are so I took a picture of them beforehand as recommended. I got home and parked in my garage went inside came back out in the tires once again flat. The very tired that they repaired lasted less than an hour. I went back the next day at 10am and was greeted by the same 2 people. they brought my car right back, acknowledged the damage to the rim and said they'd get me the information of the district manager (whom I've learned from searching the internet is Zackary Bassem) but was later told their is no longer a store manager and they are notnallowed to give out "Zaks" phone number but can only provide me the 1800 corporate number. on the way home the tire wobbles and shakes which surely is because it was not rebalanced. which thentech came out and outrigjtntold me it hadn't been because he made sure it was placed back at the same position on the rim. what kind of leader hides behind a front desk employee and won't reach out or allow customers to reach out directly to them? this will be continued to be spread on yelp and Google, etc. until resolved.... read more

I had a nail in my tire so I stopped after work and had them put a plug in it. I was happy with the service so I went back to have an oil change. I received a quote for a brake job but it was a little high so I shopped around. I ended up going with another computer for my brakes. In the meantime I had smelled a gas like smell but thought it was something else. I then dropped my car off to have my brakes done and that is when I found out ALL of my oil was drained and all under my car. Now I'm not sure my $120 oil change was ever done. If it was it wasn't done correctly and if it wasn't that just makes me sick. Because of this experience I will never go here again! Extremely upset! read more

We didn't purchase any tires here, so my review is based on customer service. We have a motorhome and as we were departing the area our tire pressure monitoring system showed the air on one of the coach's tires was at about 50% the minimum pressure. We have been experiencing a slow leak ever since we had the TPMS installed at the Big O Tire Store in Lake Havasu AZ. We drove in this morning to see if they could check it out before heading down to the Keys. We put the jacks down to lift the tire up so that it could be turned and inspected. The technician, Ryan, did a thorough visual check of the tire and used soapy water spray to look for leaks on the valve stem. Not being able to find anything obvious, he went ahead and aired the tires up for us so that we could be on our way. We will have the tire removed and checked out more thoroughly in Key Largo. There was no charge for the service, even though Ryan spent about a half hour helping us. We gave him a tip and thank you and we're on our way. We picked up a nail on the top of our tire that created a slow leak. My wife dropped the car off in order to get a permanent plug in it. They told her the nail was on the side wall and that the tire would need to be replaced. Amazingly the Michelin rep also happened to be there to offer an overpriced tire. I knew the tire didn't need to be replaced and they were taking advantage of her. I came, picked up the vehicle, and brought it to the place I usually take it (we were trying to just get a quick patch job which is why we went to tire kingdom). Long Tire (the place I usually go to) plugged the tire in less than 3 minutes with no charge. The tire is now perfectly fine. Shame on this shady establishment for trying to take advantage and talking my wife into purchasing a $230 tire that they knew was unnecessary. Please do not support this business and look to use ones around with a better reputation. I can see why they have so many bad reviews. Pathetic. read more

My son had a 7 a.m. appointment for new tires. The doors were still locked to the business at 7 a.m., so he waited outside in his car. Another customer tried the door and it was still locked so he banged on the door. My son saw that the door was opened so he went in. The first customer took 40 minutes at the counter with the owner discussing /arguing what his car needed. Finally, they get my sons car checked in, they took him to the back and talked about what the mechanics were going to work on. The owner kept telling him he needed new rotors, but my son said that the dealership inspection Showed the rotors were fine, just needed brake pads. My son said he just needs the new tires. The owner then talks to someone on the phone about parts and how expensive they would be, and saying the customer doesn't want the car to be safe. So, the mechanics start to put on the new tires, another customer comes in for an oil change. They were already an hour late getting started. The owner tells the mechanics to stop working on my son's car and do the oil change for her So that she could give him a good rating. Then the owner had the audacity to ask my son for a good rating! WTF? We believe in giving credit where it's due, but this place... 1. So, having an appointment means nothing to them. 2. The owner allowed the bully customer to take up so much time talking. 3. They push in other customers ahead of you Even if you have an appt. 4. And also, they try to sell you extra parts and services that you don't need! I don't need the headache. Had my car in for an oil change and when I got it back, it was filthy. Grease hand prints all over the interior that we had to clean. Also had oil spilled all over under the hood. Not sure if they have their eyes open when doing an oil change! I've been coming to this store since 2012, and the staff has been nothing short of excellent. I always have a general idea of what is wrong with my car, and they are spot on every time. They make an extra effort to show me the bad part and compare it to the new part so I can see what caused the issue. The prices are competitive and they ALWAYS fix the problem. Regular maintenance is very affordable as well, and I've never had them try to sell me something I don't need. Additionally, the staff is always very friendly and helpful. The manager has even followed up with phone calls to make sure the issue is fixed. Ignore the negative reviews and check out this Tire Kingdom store for yourself. I'm a female and am very skeptical about mechanics, but I'm not clueless. Pay attention to your car...maybe you're the problem. Also, repairs take time...duh! Refused to change my oil with manufacturers recommended oil. (2008 Toyota) They wanted to use synthetic but Toyota clearly says conventional oil for my year make and model. They said no even though the oil type I wanted was written in my cars manual and right on my oil cap. I called Toyota service manager he laughed and said bring it to us we will use conventional oil we are suppose to for your car. According to Tire Kingdom in Suntree and corporate the computer says synthetic only. What a bunch of Tire Kingdom dip twits that can't even read an owners manual and oil cap and would refuse a customers money because their computer is wrong. They still refused even when I told them Toyota, my manual and oil cap says conventional... it's one of the weirdest things I've seen a shop do. read more

On June 21, 2017 I have been doing business with Tire Kingdom for 30 years this coming October. I stated back in the late 80's going to store 104 and then store 156 always treated with respect, honesty and great workmanship. I starting going to the new store 959 in 2012 when it opened. I always felt not welcomed with the staff at this location since day one. My last visit June 21, 2017 the Service Manage and Store Manage were very unprofessional. One of their mechanics did some damage to my vehicle and then management denied anyone at that store doing any damage. To my vechicle. Trying to resolve the problem with the service manager was impossible so he referred me to the store manager which was very rude and not very customer friendly. I simply stated that the damage to this vehicle was not here when I dropped it off. Could you please repair the damage your mechanic did to the vechicle. The store managers stated and a very rude voice. It's Not My Problem! Also the vechicle history in the Tire Kingdom system also has been falsely written by the Service Manager on June 21st. per store 156 after careful review done at this location today. read more

Arrived at my scheduled time and was told it would be 90 minutes before they could take me!! And on my only day off! After servicing my vehicle I was given no verbal information regarding the status of my vehicle's condition but the service notes on my receipt detailed several things that needed to be serviced. Got a flat on our chipper on I-95. Pulled in to Tire Kingdom at 7 PM with an hour til closing. This store didn't have the size tire I needed. They located one for me at a nearby Tire Kingdom and I had to drive and pick it up and bring it back to this store. With approximately 10 minutes until closing Ryan stepped up to the plate and had me back on the road with 3 minutes to spare. Came here to get a new set of locking lug nuts after another location ruined the set that was already on the car. They removed my ruined lug nuts and put on a new set at no charge. The only problem is that it took about an hour and a half to do this. It should take them at max, 15 minutes. Not only that but while removing the one of the ruined lug nuts, (one was striped so they had to use an air hammer to get it off) the nicked my rim with the air hammer. So now my shiny black rim has a Nick in it, looks wonderful. Avoid this location, just buy a tool set and look up a YouTube video and do the job yourself. Went in for an oil change. Despite empty bays and 6 guys walking around, took over ONE HOUR to change oil with car on rack. Found out later none of fluids were topped off and rear brake light was out. These are all standard services and safety checks at any other place. While I was waiting three other customers in various states of anger came and went, complaining about work not done. Each said they'd never be back. Two people came and left because no one came out of the office to greet them. I decided against buying tires from them after hearing these complaints. Go somewhere else is right. read more

It was a Saturday when I I had a friend look at my car. He told me the problem but wouldn't have been able to fix it before Monday. I called Tire Kingdom and they were friendly enough, told me to bring it up. I told them I was having some issues with the brakes but not the whole story. Based on other reviews and my own personal experience, I wanted to see if they would come up with the same problem as my friend. They past that test, they did not try to sell me anything else. The brake work took about an hour. They did seem to charge more since it was the weekend but I needed it done. It's been a couple of weeks and everything seems fine with the work. My only complaint is that they left a dirty hand print on my cloth seats and the car smelled like B.O. when I got it back. Buyer beware. I purchased a set of tires from these guys about 3 years ago. When I received my quote, it had "tire repair" charge for each tire. I was told by the person that sold me assured me that road hazard was included. Fast forward to today, I had a slow leak with one of those tires and when I went to get it fixed, turns out they deemed it unrepairable and would have to pay full price for replacement. Went back to recover vehicle and they stated they could not put bad tire on rim because of damage. If I knew I did not have road hazard I would have bought the can of green slime and went about my business. Not to mention matching tire was almost twice as expensive as original. Lesson learned. Ask questions and get documentation that fully describes road hazard and make sure you get paperwork that supports that. I was told I should have read all the fine print on the reverse side of invoice, but you do not get that until you get your copy after you have signed for the work. What a scam. It is probably not anyone now at the shop presently, but unfortunately for them, they have lost a long term customer. read more

Just needed two wheels balanced. Technician had no idea what the difference between dynamic and static balancing was, only did their "standard balance" (static, weights in a single plane, sucks for any performance use). Tech rolled wheels across an inground lift from the door to the balance machine, and dropped the second wheel face down onto the lift. Luckily there were rubber topped spacers to catch it, but saving three feet of travel to drop my wheel as I stood there watching was painful. Finally, old weights and any trash were just dropped to the floor, and kicked about as workers walked across them. Terrible training, bad shop practices, inept employees. Not going back. read more
