Our rental had a blow out and we were lucky to stop by here. We had 4 adults and 2 small kids with luggage. Needless to say we were stressed as the rental did not have a spare tire. The rental car company would send a tow truck and give a ride to the closest location. Not an optimal situation and one that would likely take hours. Joe came out immediately and was super helpful. They didn't have the right size tire but he was able to direct us to the Sam's club down the road who did. He filled our tire up twice just to make sure we could get us to where we can get it repaired. He even offered to go to Sam's club and get the tire. We were really grateful and appreciated all his help. If they take care of random people this well, I can imagine they treat their customers superbly. read more

I have had a very bad experience with this company. They told me that I had road hazard insurance when I bought new tires and rims for my new ram. I had a flat tire shortly after I bought them and i took it there to get it fixed. They told my I didn't have the roadhazard to cover the tire and after a whole day of arguing they finally covered it which was nice of them. Just recently, I popped my back rear tire and had a Bubble in the sidewall of the front one. They told me the back one can't be covered because the tire these people "sold" me isn't made anymore. I Got the tires at 24000 miles. My truck has 40000 miles now. 2 new tires popped and the road hazard insurance doesn't cover it according to the associates at crusin Gold. To conclude, do not use cruisn gold because they conduct poor business and lie to the customers. read more

Awesome Workmanship --- Below Average Customer Service Interaction Took some time to think before writing this. Really considered giving them 5 stars...... BUT.......... Bottom Line I recently had a Leveling Kit, New Upgraded Rims and Tires put on my truck here. End result is the truck looks fantastic. very pleased with the workmanship. However, I waited in the customer lounge for over 6 hours while my work was being done.................... not one employee came in with an update, or to check on me if I needed anything, no interaction with me whatsoever......... that was disappointing. It's like once they have your keys, and your $$$........... forget you.........literally. I recommend these guys to anyone looking for some work getting done, but don't look for them to keep you updated on progress etc. read more

Had an appointment for tires, rims , and bumper. Bumper didn't come in on time Showed up for tires/rims appt, early morning. "We may not be able to get it done today" REALLY? We were scheduled? Been here a couple times the last few months. First time went okay. i had to call to find out that my wheels were done. No big deal. Second time I brought a bent wheel in to be repaired. They told me 110$. I get there to pick the wheel up and they're is a large crack where they repaired it. Obviously wouldn't hold air, they said ok we will fix it. again I had to follow up to find Put it was ready to pickup after 2 days. When I get there they charge me 40$ to fix the crack.. that they created in the first place. and didn't even bother grinding the weld. So I'm sure it'll be a pain to balance out. Bottom line, Don't go here unless it's a last resort. read more

They installed a lift kit without the bumpstops that were in the box. When I eventually realized that my ride quality was awful 1 month later was because of this deficiency I re purchased the parts took it back to have them fix their mistake they told me to come at 2 and they would install. Showed up at 2 waited 2 hrs for them to tell me that they can't do it because it will take too long and I must redrive the 4 hour round trip to have them FIX THEIR MISTAKE. I would rather pay someone else to put these parts on than return to a business who is not only incompetent at their trade but also indifferent to repeated wasting of a customers valuable time. read more

2011 TOYOTA TACOMA I come in to the store looking for wheels and tires, a salesman approach me, I explained to him that I was looking for wheels and tires I wanted oversize tires something that I did not have to do any major modifications to my 2011 TACOMA he recommended a leveling kit, he sounds very professional and knowledgeable so I took his advice I selected my wheels and his recommendation in tires n I paid over $2000.00 just to find out that he did not know anything. The leveling kit actually un laveled my truck I had to go back and paid another $150.00 to raise it another inch on the rear axle . I also let them know that the tires were scraping in the fender well so to fix it they had to take off the front mud flats for no charge, till this day the tires still scraping, next time I should go somewhere they know somting about TACOMA trucks. read more

I have bought tires and rims here for years. The sales guys help help me figure out the right wheels for my car at reasonable prices. They also have a huge showroom with a lot of different wheels to select from. They made really good suggestions for tires that made my car handle better. I have a high performance German car and usually I have a very hard time finding shops that can do the right work on it. I find usually I am charged way too much and it's never done right. However here I was exceptionally pleased. they really know what they're doing. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for service done right at reasonable prices. read more
