I brought my car in because I noticed I had a nail in my tire, when I got there they helped right away, and I went in and paid. The man at the register said pay at the end, and I said let me just pay now. Took my payment, then Jean the man fixing my tire, what a gentleman, he came to be and was very honest and said the nail didn't go in, so no need to do anything. My car needed a new set of tires so first I tried the dealer but after a little research and guided by my uncle who highly recommended me this shop I decided to visited them. I didn't have an appointment but arrived when the store opened. I was assisted by Hector and he was professional, attentive and very knowledgeable. He ordered the tires I wanted and my car got serviced on the same day. Everyone was nice and friendly, the prices comparing to other shops are reasonable and they have a greater inventory. I got a great price on the 4 tires set. They also provided many other services that include change of batteries, cabin filters, fluid services, brake services, wiper blades and tires. The person who installed the tires and did the alignment also checked the cabin filter. He was so nice that even tried talking to me in Spanish! An overall great experience. This is my 3rd visit in a week and i really wanted to write in as I'm sitting here waiting for a new tire to be installed on my car, this location has the most AMAZING manager, Hector. As a business owner myself, i truly value his exceptional customer service and attention to detail. He truly goes above and beyond for all Tire Kingdom customers, with diligence, patience and care. I've seen all personalities walk in this door since I've been sitting here (handicapped, irate, upset, angry, injured...) and every customer has been treated with absolute respect and decency by Hector. Updated: Super nice and got what I needed done. And gave me a coupon to help. And I thought it was a good place until I realize they never fixed my tire I went in for!!! I went back a few days after for the same issue and they said it was xyz issue but that's ironic because last week it was the same rare xyx issue.....yea no they never fixed it. I went in for that issue but they convinced me I needed new brakes so paid for that. I assume replaced them and forgot to fix my tire. While I was there I also overheard a manager or someone questioning 2 employees for issues like not replacing 4 tires because somehow they have an extra unaccounted one on hand...as if someone is driving around with 3 new tires but paid for 4. Came in 15mins late for an appointment to patch a tire, tire rotation and wipers. One-hour into waiting (4:45pm) told they can't do the patch and to 'go down the block' or ride on a deflating tire. The Tire Kingdom Staff at the location 1700 N Miami Beach Blvd, North Miami, FL were wonderful!! We came in with a flat tire after just leaving the Port. They took care of us quickly and expertly. Then we left an item in the waiting room, not realizing it until we were hours away. They took care of our belongings until we could issue a pick up from Fed Ex, which took several days. Not quite the $150 that was promised. Just another scam from this company. I was told my oil change would take an hour and a half, maximum. I had an appointment at 8:30 to change oil and two front tire. Quote me 1.5 hrs come back after 2.15 hrs and the car was not even lift. Wait the best is coming, I paid 45$ for the oil change, I took my car and something was suspicious, I open the hood to see if they really changed my oil and nothing was done. At this point I lost it, I come back they gave me back my money , one of the employee got upset to the mechanic, an other employee told the person that was attending me to give the next oil change. My point is, if I did not check the engine I will never new that the oil did not get change, maybe I could destroy my engine. Honestly, this mechanic should be fire, there is so many good people that need job, employees need to be responsible, if they can not do their job they should go. To run business cost money. Brought my 2008 civic in last weekend because my brakes were squealing when I brake. My neighbor suggested I try this place as he has had good service here. The manager and the staff were all very nice and welcoming even though the place was very busy. The manager took his time to explain to me what was going on with my brakes and he answered all of my questions completely. They were able to do the repairs I needed same day which was the best outcome I could have hoped for...my brakes no longer squeal and I found a good car repair shop. They even did an inspection of the rest of my car and found nothing else that needed to be fixed...no upsell just providing a great service. read more

I came in without an appointment (which meant I had to wait an hour to be seen), but was still able to be seen. I needed two new tires, tire rotations & to get my brakes redone as well. I didn't expect to spend as much as I did. Almost $800! The labor alone is insane. The customer service is good, but those prices are for the rich & famous. read more

This location needs to hire employees who's goal is to help the customer and get your company a sale instead of the current employees who's primary goal is to get the customer to leave. I needed a tire and a tire rotation, the employee had me take pictures of my tires instead of going out and looking himself and then after giving him the dimensions he stated the only tire available was $150 each which is almost double what they typically are. My tires are standard size so I find that hard to believe. When asked if we could order something through them he simply stated it was the $150 tires they had or nothing. I've never had someone talk to me as rudely as he did. Y'all lost a sale and a customer. read more

Excellent service. Replaced a blown out tire on my Prius. Filled up the spare to 60 lbs/sq in. Put all the parts and covers back neatly nice. In 30 minutes the job was done. Now I must say the guy asked me if I knew my vehicle is supposed to use synthetic oil!! Actually it is highly recommended by Toyota but I wasn't there for an oil change!!
