Another flat tire - I'd picked up another huge bolt off the road. A friend helped me put on the temporary spare. I took the damaged tire to Tire Warehouse, thinking I'd have to buy a new one, but thirty minutes and $20 later its fixed and mounted, ready to go. They tidily stowed the spare with its jack, tools, & hub lock key all ready for the next time. Several people came in while I waited and all were cared for with cheerful courtesy. They are absolutely horrible, I took 7 month old tires. Used for one winter, then took off and stored in my garage. For the summer. When I brought into them to get put on my truck and they said they wouldn't put them on due to a weight ratio(2500) but they'd put them on a 1500? - mind you, I got them In NC before I moved here and they put them on my truck- They are E rated and (if I ever hauled a lot of weight could blow a sidewall) so I went to get them put on my fiancées 4runner. Now they (have to much weather cracks and aren't safe to put on) but they will sell me new tires that they could put on today.. an absolute joke. Just wanting you to buy tires through them. I will never use them again and recommend to anyone to use any other store. Walmart does a better job. If I could give 0 stars I would read more

This chain of stores/service stations is a scam. The "managers" make up prices and are dishonest. They will sell you the lowest quality tire and overcharge you. They actually left a broken TPS part inside the tire that wasn't found until inspection. They do not actually rotate or align anything. They lie and pretend they do and then charge you for it. They do not stand behind their warranties. It's all a scam and rip off. Do not waste your time or hard earned money here. They will cause you much more distress than remedies. read more

Absolute garbage customer service at the Norway, Maine store. Mechanics just standing around and they STILL won't take your vehicle in if you didn't buy your tires from them. The district manager happened to be there the day I went in and got in my face when I asked why not. read more

Deb Bomaster My niece went into this facility with a flat tire. The car was a 2016 Hyundai elantra. It was my car which I sold to my nephew and niece in May. The tires on the car were Cooper Evalotion, purchased in April 2021 669.91 paid -maybe 5000 miles on them. The tech told my niece that the elantra is a 4 wheel drive and she had to replace all four tire not just one. She is inexperienced had the baby with her. They also kept the almost new cooper tires. I have called the facility and the rote answer is I will talk to my manager. The company needs to make good on this...reimburse for the cost of the poor quality tires they sold her as well as return the cooper tires. Beware young women and anyone inexperienced with cars, this is not a friendly place. This business needs to be shamed for what they did. Taking advantage of someone is Wrong! IT Give good companies a bad name. They know how to reach me but have not returned my call to fix this for my niece and nephew. I have also reported the company to the consumer division. read more

I called and made an appointment for and all wheel alignment on my car, the work was not done and I was charged for it. When I called to lodge a complaint, the employee told me she would check the report and call me right back, I waited until 5 minutes before they closed and spoke with a different person, who informed me that if I wanted an all wheel alignment done I had to tell them I wanted an all wheel alignment done. This is specifically what I asked for when I made the appointment. Then he told me that he has "experience" with alignments and a rear wheel alignments can't be done on my car. This is not accurate. I find it absolutely disgusting that I was charged for a service that wasn't performed and was given back an unsafe vehicle read more

Avoid this place as much as you possibly can!! I brought my car in for an alignment, no problem. they then proceeded to tell me my inner tire rod is broken, and they can fix it. so i say yeah go ahead and fix it. after an hour of waiting they tell me they cant fix it because its a pontiac? While im waiting the woman working (Savannah says shes promoted to the manager) pressured me into doing a review, and watched me do it so that she could be sure it was a good one. After this im already mad that theyre refusing me service, but then they make me pay for shit they half did? They then proceed to tell me that if i get the tire rod fixed and come back theyll finish it. No big deal whatever. Went to have what they told me was wrong fixed, It wasnt even broken, So now i had to pay for something that i was lied to about, as well as what is actually wrong. I call the store and Savannah "the manager" answers the phone, i told her the situation, she told me that never happened and they aren't certified to tell me whats actually wrong. Keep in mind, until they decided they couldnt do it, they had the part AND someone ready to work on it. So i told her that it was bs and because of them 200 went down the drain and i would like a refund due to their service and the fact they lied to me.
