Scott was friendly and communicative. I dropped my truck off with a one hour-ish time frame and picked it up at about 4:15. They had replaced a bulb and made a very minor repair to my tail light. They didn't call me to verify but it was $5 whereas most places would tell you the enter part needed replacing so no harm there. All in it was $20 and 90min so I was very happy. The repair was complicated by the fact that my daughter did not have the key to the locked lug nut, but they were able to remove the screw, make a repair, and advise her for further followup when she returned to Boston. The last time we were in to have our winter tires turned over for summer tires, Tire Warehouse did the work. However they gave us the wrong tires when they returned our winter set. So when we went to put the snow tires back on this fall, they said these tires don't fit. I said these were the tires you gave me so you need to make this right. The store manager said he can't do anything about it. "Call corporate." I spent the next month, everyone other day speaking to their call center, caught in a loop of "we'll call you back." Finally I reached out to the CEO on LinkedIn. He never wrote me back. But he did view my profile so I know he received the letter. At long last, after more than a dozen calls begging Tire Warehouse to do what was right, they finally said they have tires but I'd have to pay to have them installed. I picked up the tires and decided to take them elsewhere to be installed. There's absolutely no way this company should be in business. There's integrity and there's not. I asked why no one called me and they apologized and said they were busy. I brought my vehicle back to the Subaru dealer to complete the state inspection. The car failed again and to quote the auto service repair technician, "I don't know how they could miss these additional holes as they are obvious." They marked the locations of the holes and I returned to Meineke again to have the holes in the exhaust fixed. Meineke offered no discount and really didn't seem to care that they messed up. My vehicle passed inspection but the Subaru dealer noted that Meineke welded the entire exhaust system together. The original exhaust comes in four separate sections so you can replace just one section if it wears out. So Meineke did poor quality work and didn't own up to the issues they caused.
