I went there expecting to have the same experience than at many other places but they really surprised me. HONESTLY, that's what you will find there. The lady at the front desk was prompt to explain what to expect and about my options, and the price was FAIR (can you believe this?!) If I could give this place a half of a star I would. I came in there today because my tire pressure light came on. I asked them to check because I knew that there was a nail as I never have low tire pressure with my vehicle until time for a maintenance check. I was there for only 10 minutes when the receptionist came back and told me that the tire had low pressure. I decided to get a second opinion and went to the Mazda dealership, and They found a nail. This is not the first time I have received mediocrity and tire shops; especially being a woman. This company did not do their job, lazy, and dismissive to what I knew along. I'm giving this place one star because I can't go any lower. I came in on a Monday to ask about window tinting prices and a wax coat for my car. The lady at the front kept me waiting for several minutes because she did not know how much the prices were. I don't understand how a receptionist is not informed on the prices of where she works at. I set up an appointment for the following Monday at 8:00 a.m. since I have a very busy schedule. I woke up the following Monday at 7:00 a.m. and made it right on time, only to be greeted by another lady who knew absolutely nothing about my appointment. She calls the guy who was supposed to do the work and he tells her he isn't coming in until 10:30 a.m. The hilarious part is the fact that the lady actually has the nerve to ask me if I wanted to wait for him. I came here because it was recommended by someone. My brakes needed to be replaced and brought it in. A couple of days after the work had been done my brakes were giving me problems...I took the car back to them with my receipt in hand only for them to tell me there was nothing they could do. That that was the way the brakes are going to feel because of the age of my car. Really? That's a bunch of bs...they could've at least have had the decency to see what was wrong. Not recommended. First time I went here to replace a rim, then next day I had a flat tire. The only reason I came back the second time is that this place is close to my home and the other mechanic nearby was under construction. I was trying to give them another chance. Replaced my front struts and sway bars at this place, the same thing happened, I heard a scary sound coming from my wheel. I took my car back next morning at 8 am. They played with my car for a whole morning then told me they gave the wrong parts. It took me another whole day to fix the problem. I highly doubt it they are professional. Next time I would rather tow my car 50 miles away than go here again. read more

This place has horrible service I gave my car to do an oil change and spark plug change at 11am and now it's 5pm and I'm still waiting. This is actually the second time it's taken more than 5 hours to complete a task that shouldn't have taken more than 2 hours I am really appalled by this unprofessional show of service I do not recommend this place. read more

I was there in the morning for a tire repair (patch)/ rotation and was attended immediately. Very small and family owned shop, but they are definitely organized and clean! Only reason why I didn't give them a 5 star was for 2 reasons (small)...1) coffee machine didn't work (not trying to be spoiled, but it was there, it was 8 am...it would have been great to have a coffee! Lol 2) the technician doing my rotation and patch repair didn't inflate all my tires the same or check air pressure. This is a must for a tire place.
