EXPERIENCE: I have only been here once, however several family members have brought their vehicles to be serviced here as well. All of us have had positive experiences with the company thus far. Nonetheless, I only speak for myself in this review. SERVICE: I went to Marti Auto Service to get a diagnosis on an A/C problem I was facing with my 2008 Nissan Altima. Marti's workers were honest and claimed: after thoroughly analyzing the vehicle, they were unsure what the main problem was, as all the parts were in good shape. Therefore, they loaded Freon and a paint of sorts in the A/C pipes, so if there is a leak, the paint would reveal the problem. In total, the cost was $75 for the freon implementation, which is very fair. So far, my A/C has been working properly since taking it to them, which has been about 2 months now. CUSTOMER SERVICE: The workers, from the receptionist to the auto mechanics, were hospitable, informative, and kind. I faced no rush, rudeness, or problems during any of our interactions and all my questions were answered to the best of their ability. I was very impressed, because from my experience, it's not easy finding quality Auto Service workers in Miami. BONUS: During my time there, I asked one of the auto mechanics if they had any recommendations for a body/paint shop because I was in curious to repainting my Altima for a good price. He quickly called a friend of his who owned a shop and everything worked out great! Because the Marti worker recommended me, the paint shop [Viejaca Brothers] gave me a good price and I have completed the process already. In a way, thanks to Marti's, I have my A/C working properly again and my Altima looking nice and clean. CONCLUSION: As of now, I believe I have found my go-to spot for any mechanical problems my car encounters. I only wish they had a location closer to West Kendall. What a fantastic experience I had this past Saturday. I was in desperate need of an oil change, and Yelp directed me to Marti. I called to ask the price for full synthetic, and was quoted $70 plus tax. I can dig it. I showed up and was immediately greeted and led to their office area which was cold, smelled nice, and had two big comfy couches for this preggo to sit back and relax. They were quick to tell me that my tires are in bad shape, which I've known for weeks and have been putting off. They gave me a great price, more than $250 less than who I normally use, and they also changed my wipers for me which were past the point of being effective lol. I was in an out in about an hour, and despite keeping them there a tad bit later than they're open, everyone was all smiles, very polite and friendly. I called and made an appointment for today 12-1 and was told to come in around 1pm. Well, I showed up at 1:09 to find the office closed, locked, and only one mechanic finishing up on a vehicle. He didn't understand English but from what I gained from my bad Spanglish, he was finished after the car we was working on, and told me to come back tomorrow, they were "closed". This is terribly unprofessional. Not only did I take time off from my work to get these services done, but I now have to find somewhere else. My opinion: there are far too many other establishments in the same area for this company to act like their time is more important than yours. Stay away. read more

I can't speak highly enough about Marti Auto Service! A few months back, after several mechanics/auto shops told me my tire couldn't be patched and I needed to replace it, I came here and they patched it within minutes for an incredibly reasonable price. Fast forward to this past weekend when I brought my car in because the AC stopped working. They clearly explained what they would have to do to figure out the problem. My car was ready earlier than they anticipated and when I came to pick it up, they explained what happened in a way a total car-noob like myself could easily understand. I dropped off my car at 10am for an oil change. I came back at 4:30 pm and they still hadn't even started on my car. Terrible service, nothing but excuses AND they tried to sell my on rotating my tires even though my car had less than 15k miles. They get 2 stars for being open on Saturday and the shop is clean UPDATE: the owner reached out to me to try to improve the situation. Forgot to mention I did have to drop off the keys at 1pm(the fact they hadn't noticed I hadn't dropped off my keys means they never intended to work on the car before that time anyway). An oil change takes 15 minutes, when I returned again at 4:30 pm I still had to wait 30 minutes for them to finish. read more

This review is long overdue! I have had the honor and privilege of finding an auto mechanic and a company that have values and truly appreciate their customers. It saddens me that I did not find them before, long before I moved away from Miami. I've taken my vehicle to the 27th Ave. location. It feels like they are extended family helping me out. This was the first time that I didn't feel kind into doing something or didn't have to second-guess what was being done. When they explain to me what is going on with my vehicle, it isn't just an explanation, they take the time to educate you. I truly appreciate everything that they have help me out with in reference to my vehicle. It's amazing when you actually come across an honest mechanic. Came here for an oil change; an inspection was included in the cost and they told me my car is in good shape. The staff feels trustworthy, especially since they told another customer that her husband is welcome to change a filter on her car if he wants - they only cared that the filter got changed. It's hard to find a mechanic you feel you can trust, so I'll be back just for that reason. But it's also noteworthy that the office was very clean, and it's nice to be able to walk to Starbucks or Publix to kill time while your car is being worked on. read more
