Thankfully I was on a residential area and not going 60+ miles on the freeway because it would have been worse !!!! They fixed my tire and put it on correctly this time, but now I have a beeping noise every 5 seconds saying "traction control" they told me "take it to a mechanic" avoid this place !!!! Outstanding service by Asham and team. We got stranded on the 5 and time was of the essence as we have an international flight out of SFO. I called Asham to ensure before we got towed they'd have a new tire. They were affordable as any other tire shop but the service is what I appreciated the most. PLEASE BEWARE : This is the worst place to get an alignment. I had to go back 3 times within 24 hours ! My steering wheel was extremely loose and off center, my truck drifted ect... I even had to take the employee on a test drive myself to show him how bad he screwed up my truck. They have no clue what the hell they are doing. Thieves and Liars Bought tires here, price was okay, but I also paid for an alignment. They made up that I needed to replace a bunch of parts such as ball joints, tie roads, and pitman arm etc, when shaking a tire with leveraged bar, etc. Mind you the truck was new with zero off road-ing, and had very limited miles. I knew it was suspect so... I went across the street to Valley Tire the next day and asked them to check. Long story short, after shaking it down on a machine, the truck came back as expected-aligned perfectly and didn't need one. These guys tried to scam me for 3000.00 in repair bills, and they took the 60.00 for the BS alignment. The worse part about this experience honestly is they didn't balance the tires correctly. My husband and I have been needing our tires replaced for quite some time, but we didn't know which business to trust here in Woodland. Sean is the best prices and service around. Sean did an amazing job on my truck with a BDS 6.5 lift. He took very good care of my truck while in his care. And time for the lift install was amazing. Also, want to give a shout out as about a week later I got a weird hole in the inner sidewall and bought a tire from no help Les Schwab which they didn't even have the tool (deep socket). I'd purchased four tires for our CRV from Tires 4 Less (Woodland Store). I had a tire gradually losing air over the past few months. I asked for my tires to be rotated and to look into the leaking tire. They rotated the tires and repaired the leaking tire (which had a nail in it) all within 30 minutes and with no charge. I've purchased four sets of tires from this store over the years and I have always been impressed with their service, kindness and willingness to resolve my purchasing needs. A few years back I went to the store during lunch time. The crew was sitting around a table in the shop with a spread of food. They asked me if I wanted to eat with them. An incredibly kind gesture. Asked for a rough country lift a month in advance. put a deposit and made a date to have lift installed. i dropped the truck off Friday and picked it up Sunday the truck had a totally different lift kit that I did not ask for the guy never called and let me know. the truck is severely sagging and I've been trying to contact them to fix but they won't fix it. the boy who answers the phone has a bad attitude and likes to argue instead of fixing what needs to be fixed. TIRES 4 LESS IN Woodland CA. I am a repeat customer for a truck I had and now my SUV. They HAD pretty good deals until there's a problem! I took my SUV there 5 times to fix my balancing. Finally Dodge found the tires are "NOT TRUE". I assumed Ahmed would honor this....never looked at my tires or called me to let me know anything about replacements etc...Since Aug 24th! I called 4 times before going to buy tires elsewhere. So sad when a local shop treats their return customers this way! All I can say is Small Claims Court for my money we go! When I called today my entire office heard him yelling...getting defensive and admitted to never calling me and telling me to take him to court. Wow! Great local business. Beware!!! I came here because of the good reviews. Had new tires and rims put on, was a nightmare ever since. Been back 3 times from shaking on highway speeds. I live 3 hours away, I've spoken to two other tire shops both said the wheels have to be defective since I had the alignment and balance checked. Basically Ahmed the owner said to get fucked and take him to small claims. Now I'm going to go through a different shop and have to buy a whole new set of rims. This was probably the worst experience I've ever had with a tire place. I called earlier today and asked for pricing on the specific size I was looking for; the guy on the phone quoted me $35 with installation. After work, I head down there and walk into the waiting area. The waiting area was absolutely filthy. Ground was nasty, table in the center had food crumbs and pieces all over it, and there was used napkins and whatnot all over the floor. I get it's a mechanic shop, but have some pride! Guy at the front counter walks in and I tell him I here to see the certain tire size. He walks out to go get it; comes back 10 mins later with a pretty good looking used tire. I ask him again to make sure it's $35 for said tire; this guy changes the price up to $50! I repeatedly tell him that the person I spoke to on the phone quoted me $35 for this tire; he's adamant that it's $50. He tells me $35 is for a tire with about 15-20% life left on it. WHO WOULD BUY A TIRE YOU NEED TO REPLACE NEXT MONTH AGAIN????? I have no problem paying $50 for a tire; I have a problem with being lied to. My tire was really bad so I had no choice but to get the tire. Even after the job was done, the employee who came in to charge me was extremely rude and made sure that I didn't feel welcomed in this shop. I receive my keys and walk out to see that my van is still parked in the area where they are working on it. They didn't even have the decency to move it out of the work area. I'm going to give them a three star review, which is an average between a one star and a five star. I'll give them a five star review for selling and installing new tires, including balancing and alignment. They did a great job with that! Unfortunately, they went on to tell me that my shocks needed to be replaced, which they did for about $500. Then there was a noise that was coming from the front part of my car which I originally thought were the new tires but it turned out to be a bearing issue and that cost me another $500. Unfortunately, the noise, while reduced, was still there and I was told it would cost another $1500 to handle that. At this point it didn't seem like they really we're up to the task and I took it over to Serge's Automotive on Foothill. He fixed me up right away for much less money than Tires 4 less said it was going to cost. So for tires I would highly recommend them, but for anything else I would strongly recommend a real auto repair shop. read more

I brought my car in to have a tire patched. I get there two mins before opening, no one is there. They open up 10 mins late and tell me it will be another 20 mins to be seen. Took in my car to get rims and he charged me 125 to install them when initially he said installation would be free. He also broke one of the nuts on a wheel. He told me it would take 4 days for the part to get to the shop and he promised an alignment for free when I would go back. When I went back so that they could put the nut back on my tire and get the alignment. He said he had never promised an alignment. Also the day when I went to initially get the rims they took 4 hours because the employees got their lunch at the Same time and there was some employees drinking on the job read more

These people put steps on my Jeep and put the right steps on the left and left steps on the right. Because they did this they also bent the struts for it to fit. They chipped the powder coat on the step in the process. You would think that they would notice that the steps aren't even lined up with the doors. The step is supposed to have 6 bolts in it and only had 4 that were 2 different sizes. It took them from 9:00am till 7:00pm to do a job that took 45 min tops. read more
