Don't waste your time trying to call the shop foreman he will not answer nor will he return phone calls. After the water pump was finally replaced 3 weeks later I still couldn't pick up the truck because it took over 24 hours to get the bill sent over for payment. i can guarantee you they ran out of excuses then started with lies and blaming everyone else. I think it's hilarious that they send out emails about everything their service department can do for your fleet and all these service specials. This is my second attempt dealing with Rush Peterbilt in La Vergne, Tennessee and will definitely be my last. I'll have my fleet wreckers anywhere to avoid this fiasco again. No wonder they have so many nice used trucks on the lot, when most people have to park a truck for 3 weeks and get a ridiculously inflated repair bill they have no choice but to walk away from the truck and let them have it. Beware. If you go in the shop here it would be cheaper to rent an apartment than get a hotel. Your going to be here awhile, and the stress and headache isn't worth it. Luckily my driver lived close by, but 3 weeks for any repair is absurd. It was a water pump and diagnostic on the rest. I could have gotten an engine rebuild or replaced in less time than that.

Initially I was referred here by B J Kennermore and most services have been ok. However on this repair I feel as if I was charged for a missed diagnoses of my car. The work done does not resolve my problem. The first day I went to pick up my car the same problem prevented me from getting my car. Today the tech had the same problem but after several attempts he was able to move my car back to the shop. I was given several options after paying for what was suppose to fix my car. I think these options should have been presented up front. if the amount I was charged for a missed diagnoses makes this a good business i can and will not be a repeat customer nor make any additional recommendation.

Today (Friday) I had a nail in a tire and stopped by to get it fixed. They told a 72 year old man with Parkinson's that they might could squeeze me in sometime on Monday with a big smile on their face. I left and drove to Hines tire on 6th street and in twenty minutes the tire was fixed and I was on my way. I guess I learned if you only have trouble that can be scheduled days ahead of time Shoals is one of the places to try. If you have unscheduled trouble you might need to go elsewhere. I am truly disappointed at the service I did not receive.
