I fully expected to have to spend another $500 for front end work but they did said there was as nothing wrong with any part of my front end. My tires took 2-1/2 HOURS to change. As I watch the technician, he moves with ZERO sense of purpose even after my vehicle is a half an hour late. Noone cared, and did not apologize until we said something. Then the excuse was given that they were running 25 min behind. NOT my problem- I had an appointment. and even with that 25 minutes, it still took an additional 1/2 hour. That's $1500 I will spend elsewhere in the future, and I have had at least 4 sets of tires done here in the past!

The more, I think of this , though that is deceptive AF. When I made my appointment online , it did not tell me anything about being on a filters and I would be charged almost $11 extra. When I pulled up for my appointment and the employee checked me in not once was anything mentioned about them being out of the normal shop filters and I would also be charged an extra $11 for a different filter. If they would have been upfront and told me right away , I would have rescheduled for another time when they had the correct filter in. As someone who lives on a fixed income and has to budget out everything to the last penny this is a big deal. Now I have to cancel a doctor's appointment because I don't have the gas money anymore.
