Back at it and it was an amazing experience. I booked my appointment in the app. When I arrived, my check-in was smooth and easy. The tech covered everything with me in full. I didn't feel rushed or overlooked. The pricing for all my services were fair market value which made me feel good. And there were even some discounts available that I wasn't aware about that they made sure got added on. When it came to the recommended services time, I didn't feel pressured or as if I had no freedom. I appreciate the explanations provided and the detailed report that was emailed to me with the pictures. All in all this was a promoter worthy experience. Until next time... I have to say this was the worst experience I've ever had just trying to buy new tires for my car. I have a Mercedes GE 53 coupe 2023 and they put on mixed matched tires from front to back. I was getting the two tires in the front replaced, they gave me a quote told me that I could get the tires put on next day and I paid for them the next day I came in on my appointment time at 1 o'clock did not leave until 6:55 just before closing I did not take a look at the tires at the time because I was frustrated and in a hurry the next day, I looked at the tires to notice that they were different from the ones in the back they were same brand but different style after speaking with the manager who was very uncooperative he agreed to take them back after trying to get me to pay 600 more dollars to order the correct style I purchased the tires from a different retailer and bought my car in to have the tires put on and put back on my tires and sent me on my way. This place is very unprofessional and I would never ever do business with them again. read more

Took my car to have a tire replaced, since i had a flat tire. Told me 2 days to be ready, and had tire on stock. Came in day 3 to pick up. And it is not ready, now 2 days more days because they did not gave a tire and did not order one either. In the mean time nothing to really make this better, besides wait. Bad business model. I took my car to this location to get an alignment and after the so called alignment my car was still pulling to the right. I spoke with them after I left and they told me to bring my car back Tuesday. On Tuesday, I get there at my appointment time and I was informed that guy who did alignments was not there and would have to come back tomorrow. It won't be a coming back. The Customer Service is horrible, this location does not value your time. Don't wast your time!!!! read more

Who can say that a visit to get new tires is a pleasant one? We've been here several times, but this last visit I decided to leave a review. Apparently there is new management, and they were friendly and offered to price match! We enjoyed a walk to get a smoothie and by the time we got back we had new tires and were out! I left my previous tire provider due to declining reliability. One of the techs at Tires Plus had helped me out with a minor issue, so I honored my commitment to buy my next set of tires from them. I later found out that they are owned by Bridgestone, so is it any wonder the recommended tires were Bridgestone instead of Toyo, which I have always had good success with. The manager also recommended a slightly larger size than the original stock ("more options, fills the tire well better, etc.". I specifically asked if that would cause any fit/rubbing issues and was told it would not. I later discovered that the tires were, in fact, rubbing on the frame during sharp turns. I also asked if it would cause a problem with the speedometer accuracy, and was told it would be negligible. I later found that the speedometer indicated 3-4 mph slower than my actual speed at highway speeds. I was also told that their app would make scheduling service visits very easy. So I used it for my first return visit for a rotation and alignment check. Never received a phone call that the appointment would not be honored, but fortunately checked my email a couple of hours prior, which did have an email that I "should" have been called, and if not I needed to call to reschedule. So I called and rescheduled for the next day. Was told that I could drop my vehicle off at the end of that day, and it would be pulled inside for the overnight until the service the next day. When arriving at the end of the day to leave my vehicle for the next day's appointment (with my wife also on the way to pick me up), I was again surprised to be told that they would be unable to service my vehicle the next day as scheduled. Supposedly they had "called" those with appointments, but again, I was never called. The manager had already left for the day, so was unavailable to talk. When I then asked the agent for contact information for the regional and/or corporate headquarters, I was told that she did not have that information, and I would have to get it the next day from the manager. I waited too long to leave my previous provider due to unreliability. Not making the same mistake again. Spent a lot of money there and gave them multiple opportunities, but will not be going back. read more

After using Tires Plus and only tires plus for 15 years and thousands of dollars spent I am firing them after today. Today I called and spoke to the manager. I told him that I sold my car to my girlfriend and we were bringing the car in for an oil change, tire rotation and air filter. He says ok just bring it in. We get there and he says we can't change your oil unless you use our oil (they have been changing the oil using my oil for years), we can't rotate the tires for free now because you sold the car. I said just keep it in my name, sorry I can't do that. So since Ben the old manger left the customer service sucks and I will take all three of my cars elsewhere from now on. read more

I have been using this location of Tires Plus for years, across both the old management and the new management. They have always taken excellent care of us. Always honor the appointment time (and always let us know when the appointment schedule is booked up). This place consistently goes above and beyond to help out, as the tires on both of our vehicles are not part of their regular inventory. New management is kind and courteous. They even tire shined all of the new tires we've had installed recently on 2 vehicles (ouch). Highly recommend. read more

I would give it Zero Stars if I could. I bought my car from a customer who purchased brand new tires from here and paid an extra $20 per tire to get a warranty. The warranty is still in affect but they won't honor it because he sold his car. So if you buy tires from here, don't ever sell your car? That's fraudulent selling of tires. They never advised him when he bought the tires. They also refused to change the oil with AMsoil that I purchased, which they have done since 2012. Customer service is non-existent. After purchasing an expensive set of tires for my 2009 Honda Accord I had a leak on one of them. I headed by early in the day to see if they could fix the leak and rotate the tires while I was there and was informed that they were covered up for the day and that I would have to make an appointment for later in the week. There were NO customers in sight. This was unacceptable follow up service that they promised. I took the car to Discount Tire just few doors down and the lobby was packed. Manager asked me what problem I was having and I told him that I picked the wrong tire place earlier. Discount tire had it fixed (in an hour) and honored the free rotation and balancing that Tires Plus promised but never seemed to have the time to do it. BTW it was a nail in the tire. For years I have put up with the abysmal customer service at Tires Plus. Never again. I'm a Discount Tire customer for life. read more

I am literally giving 1 star so I can write this review. I took my perfect running, 100,000 mile, 2010 Honda Accord there for an oil change because my regular mechanic doesn't work weekends. This is when they performed a "courtesy tire rotation". I got my car back and noticed a slight humming which I thought could be the ware of the tread from being rotated. This week it seemed to get louder, so my husband took it back to the shop. Guess what??? They said my hub bearings are bad and it's $1300.00 to repair. Remember, I went for an $85 oil change and am now left with a $1300.00 problem, that Tires Plus says coincidently just happened after they did their courtesy rotation. This place is a scam, I should have paid closer attention to the reviews. No one apologized, they only offered to "fix it". Like who would let this place touch their vehicle again? Thanks for the oil change, next time I'll wait and go to my reputable mechanic. I will be calling until this is resolved in a professional manner. read more
