It was hot and I had my baby in the car and didn't have anyone to help me. So I called the tire shop and asked if someone could come and take a look at my trunk and possibly fix it and they came right away! Car seems to be back to normal but it's so hard to rate the service because of the rude lady helping at the counter. Not sure if it was because she doesn't like working on weekends or whatever her issue was, but her attitude was very unpleasant from the time I dropped off my vehicle and picked it up.
