They pointed out to me that I needed a wheel hub bearing. The car still runs excellent, been to Pine Bluff, Jonesboro, Searcy, Conway & Little Rock. All with no problems. But as soon I let FIRESTONE on Main Street of Jacksonville touch it. They give my car back to me not 100 % functional, but they received my car 100% with no lights on. I get my car back with all the warning dash lights on, car wouldn't go over 30mph. They "BRIDGESTONE" claim their 3rd party vendor looked at the car. Claims that they found nothing wrong on their part " that's a lie " I brought my car to you "Firestone" working perfectly. But you give my car back to me with all the dash lights on, want go over 30mph... also your mgr called me inquiring about a belt and front brakes needed and it's going to cost $160 for front brakes when they get their parts from oreillys or Autozone & they can't say that they don't cause I've seen the oreillys white parts truck deliver them parts. So now I'm going to take this up a notice and contact corporate/ I called corporate the first time .. but it's actually customer service .. District Mgr didn't get involved for whatever reason. Nor did the District Mgr ever call me. But customer service did. So now I'm gonna go up to the next level and also reach out to the BBB and possibly inform my attorney and get lawyered up for court. This isn't satisfactory to me as a customer or anyone whom ever experienced this. They think that they just gonna sweep this under the rug, OH HELL NO!! They gonna tell me, you got good oil and clean fluids nothing is burnt, it's not our fault even though you let us service your car and it had no lights on and it ran great. But once we touched it and gave it back to you all your lights are on and car want go over 30mph and your brakes grind isn't our fault after we touched your car. Not to mention we went into places that wasn't on your work order... so this is how FIRESTONE " BRIDGESTONE" treat/rob their customers ....

They offered a pick-up service since it was going to be difficult for me to get the bike to the shop. Bernie came to my house and picked up my bike. After about a week, he called back to let me know my bike was ready to be picked up and ridden. I fully expected to have to pay for replacement parts, but he was able to get the bike going without additional parts. I like that they diagnose what is wrong instead of simply parts swapping. When I went into the shop I asked if the oil needed changing, if the battery was bad, or if the chain needed work - all three areas where he could have made additional money. Bernie was honest and told me that all three of my concerns, and my tires were all in good shape and didn't need repair. I also let him know my concerns about fuel going bad, so Bernie offered me a fuel additive that will help keep the bike running in good shape. If you're looking for a top-notch bike repair shop, with honest, ethical people that are passionate about their work, look no further than Bern & South. They've earned my repeat business, and I hope yours as well.

In all sincerity, I had one of my absolute best customer service experiences at DJ's Auto Repair. I…read morereally can't recommend this shop highly enough. Here's what happened... I was coming through Little Rock, AR from Austin, TX on a road trip out to D.C. My car broke down about 15 miles east of Little Rock on an incredibly hot summer day. Not knowing anything about this shop, the tow truck dropped me and my car off at DJ's. When I got there around 1pm, stressed out from the breakdown, I immediately received attention and was told they could start working on my car the same afternoon. I told them what happened, that my engine had starting smoking while on the road, and then they told me to relax and that they would figure it out. Here's where it gets good: Don, the owner of the shop, LET ME BORROW HIS PERSONAL TRUCK SO I COULD GO GRAB LUNCH. Sorry for all caps, but really, that's correct and it still amazes me - after arriving and telling them about my situation, I asked if there were any lunch options within walking distance, and then Don handed me his keys and said "just use my truck to go wherever you want in the area while we work on your car". So, I did. After I got back from grabbing lunch in Don's truck - about two hours since first arriving at the shop - they had figured out the problem: a previous mechanic had done a poor job installing the car's water pump, which lead to the engine overheating. The repair would require several hours of labor and it was mid-afternoon, meaning that my car would need to stay overnight... so Don PERSONALLY DROVE ME TO A HOTEL in downtown Little Rock. Seriously... the guy took time out of his day to make sure I got to a hotel that was at least 10-15 miles away from the shop. It was his idea; I didn't ask for the ride, he just offered it to me, without any conditions. And the next day? He PERSONALLY PICKED ME UP FROM MY HOTEL, and DROVE ME BACK TO THE SHOP. Again, totally his idea. When we returned to the shop, they had fixed the problem, and then helped me communicate with the previous mechanic about the faulty part, which ultimately led to me being reimbursed by that previous mechanic. I was in my car that day, driving away, returning to my road trip. I have driven the car approximately 5,000 miles since then, all without issue. These guys helped get me out of a stressful situation, and everyone involved was competent, attentive, friendly, and helped make me feel cared for. And THAT is ultimately what good customer service is: making your clients feel at home doing business with you. These guys knocked it out of the park. I would absolutely do business with them again!
