STAY AWAY. TITAN IS A DISASTER. Let me list the many ways Titan almost ruined our wedding last weekend: 1. Delivery was scheduled for 11:00 AM Wednesday for our Saturday wedding. We had ordered a tent, tables, chairs, tablecloths, lighting, dance floor, and two portable toilets. We waited all day and called the owner's cell and office several times, leaving messages. NO DELIVERY. 2. We were finally told that the items would arrive on Thursday. Once again, we waited all day...no phone call, numerous messages, NO DELIVERY. I, the irate bride, finally got a hold of the owner, Curtis, only to be told that he had rented our order to the University at Buffalo but "forgot" to let us know. While he had previously insisted that it was essential to put up the tent three days in advance to let it "settle" he now said that the early set-up had simply been a "courtesy" and that he had no obligation to follow through with it. 3. The delivery arrived (late) on Friday morning. The delivery guys had an incomplete list for our order. The lights, toilets, and tent sidewall were all missing. They had to wait hours for the rest of our order -- we only got the lights at about 10:00 Friday night. Good thing we weren't having dinner in the tent. 4. After never giving us a contract to sign, the set-up team brought a single copy on Friday morning. I am an attorney. I am not going to sign without scouring a contract. The contract contained safety-related waivers that made me uncomfortable. The guy said "no contract, no stuff" leaving us with absolutely no choice less than 24 hours before the wedding. 5. The linens were the wrong size and didn't fit the rectangular tables. We had to supplement with tablecloths from my mom's linen closet. The sweetheart table was the wrong size and shape and unusable. The bar linens did not fit and there was no way to attach them. We had to use a bed sheet. 6. The team left cigarette butts all over the yard. 7. The owner demands payment in advance with no signed contract and no itemized bill. We couldn't even withhold payment until he got the order right. RUN FAST, RUN FAR -- unless you want to spend your wedding day crying and screaming at Titan Entertainment. Our experience could not have been worse. I would give zero stars if I could. read more

The positives: We actually got the tent, it worked out well, and it was taken down on time. The negatives: Customer service. I placed the tent order months in advance with a $100 deposit. Two weeks before the party I called to confirm the set up time and address and they'd LOST MY RESERVATION. After some phonecalls back and forth, my reservation was found and we began to make plans for tent set-up. The company could not confirm the set-up time until the DAY OF delivery and when I rang them in the morning, someone told me "Well we're waiting for a truck so I'm not surprised that they haven't told you what time they'll be there." No sorry...not even a sheepish or apologetic attitude. It was actually more brazen than anything else. Further, the payment for the tent was unnecessarily complicated. They won't run a credit card twice, so you have to be there in-person when it's set up to give them a cash or check. Difficult, since I live out-of-town. "Do you have Paypal?" I asked. "Uh, no. But. Wow. That would be a good...idea." It wasn't until the morning of the party and the tent had materialized did I actually believe it would be there. For that kind of stress, I'd never use this company again. On the upside, their packages (chairs and tables included) are pretty convenient and their pricing very competitive. read more

My wife and I did a dj and photo booth package with them for our and wedding and lets just say everything sucked. Customer service is horrible, the dj was a joke with no personality and had no clue what he was doing. Reception started at 6 he finished setting up at 6:15 to say the least. When it came time for announcements the guy was as exciting as watching paint dry. Thank god for my aunt that is a singer that took over the dj station and mic after dinner to save the party. We specifically said to Curtis and bob we wanted a dj that was fun and exciting and we got the complete opposite. The photo booth was good the guy running it was helpful and nice but he forgot the scrap book to paste the photos in and 3 weeks later we still haven't received 1. .. I will never recommend them to anyone save your money and go some place else. read more

I had hired Titan for my sister's graduation party. We rented from them a wrecking ball bounce house, a photo booth, DJ, and water slide. The moving guys came bright and early and set everything up for us, the DJ got everyone dancing and the music was good. Would recommend using them! read more

This company is unprofessional and completely unreliable - DO NOT USE THEM. I hired Titan to do a character show at my twin sons' first birthday party for 30 children between the ages of 1 and 8 along with 70 adults.Titan was to provide a Mickey Mouse character for one hour along with an assistant who would do face painting and make balloon animals. They were also bringing gift bags for all of the children. This cost $250 (and I put down $100 deposit). I was counting on Titan to be the entertainment at the party. BUT THEY WERE A COMPLETE NO SHOW! Mickey and the assistant were supposed to arrive at 1:30. After anxiously, but patiently waiting, I finally called Titan at 1:55. The owner of the company, Bob Jann, answered the phone. I asked him where Mickey was as I had 30 anxious children. He said "Hold on my computer needs to load"...during the middle of my party I had to wait nearly 3 minutes for his computer to load! He would not speak to me until then other than to say that" I was lucky he was around to answer the phone because they usually aren't in the office on Saturdays" (even though their website says otherwise). Ha - lucky me! When it finally loaded he said oh yea I see your reservation, I don't know where Mickey is. No apology - nothing. No explanation for why nobody had called to say where they were. He then said, "I need to make some calls, but I can't make any phone calls and figure this out if I'm on the phone with you, can I?" I was dumbfounded at his rudeness. Having no other choice I hung up and asked him to call me back and let me know what is going on. Another TWENTY MINUTES went by without any follow-up at all (now an hour after they were supposed to be at the party). Still not knowing if Mickey was coming, I called the office again and again spoke to Bob. He said, well the Mickey costume is gone and so are the party favors, so my employees were here, but they aren't answering their phones. I said ok, well could you send someone else in a different costume because I have 30 bored children here, and he said "on this short notice that is not possible". Short notice? I booked this 6 weeks before the party! He then said for all I know my employees were in an accident. I was shocked and appalled by his response to me. Not a single apology. Nothing was offered to remedy the situation. He said he would call me once he knew what was going on. An hour later my husband called Titan and again spoke to Bob. He said his employees truck broke down on the way to the party. He said he would give us a refund on Monday. I called on Monday to confirm that the refund was being applied. Bob then went into this long story about how his employee's were IN A MINOR CAR ACCIDENT on the way to the party. I mentioned how on Saturday he said his employees failed to come because the truck broke down?? He said he didn't have all the facts then - I'm sorry, what!?? I said I was extremely upset that nobody ever called to say they weren't coming to the party and with his complete lack of follow-up. He offered no response. My $100 deposit was refunded and I was "promised a free bounce house in the summer". HA! I asked for a copy of the accident report, but was never given it. This company's owner was defensive and brazen even though Titan was a complete no show. I was embarrassed, the children were devastated that Mickey wasn't coming, and I had no activities/entertainment or party favors. Titan was completely unapologetic about ruining this party. They never called to tell me they were late, to tell me that they weren't coming, nor did they make any attempt to "save the party". I don't know why they didn't come, but I can tell you that they didn't seem to care at all. I'm warning you, do not use this company. read more
