Austin was talking with my wife for over an hour, And been in contact to them for the last month. Went dowe there to look at a couple show rooms and got pawned off,on a shit head Salesman who didn't care.Wouldn't let them run my credit, So they where complete dicks to my wife. I have good credit that's why wouldn't let him run it until I'm ready to buy, people with good credit know that. They tell everybody that their homes aren't finished out that's the reason they look like crap inside and out, who has a show room that looks like crap. read more

I thought I was getting a good deal on my new home. But the Warranty repair is horrible, it took 5 months from 7/17-12/14 to fix my front door so it could be opened. Window leaks reported 10/15 still not repaired as of 1/8/19, All repairman do is cause more damage, sloppy work, and don't have materials needed to complete the work they were there to do. We called 8 times to ask Titan to located paperwork we submitted 7/12/18 with our SSN on it. Finally located 1/8. The only shining star is a contractor named Randy. He spent hours under my home and finally fixed the problem caused by movers. After 5 months I can open and close my front door. read more

They are extremely pushy and arrogant. Wouldn't take no for an answer when we were just there to look at the homes and find out prices since they aren't listed online. Instead of showing us the home like we wanted, the salesman proceeded to go on and on about how amazing the company was and then go into financing details and asking about our debts. He showed us the homes about an hour after we got there and then tried to use staying past closing time as a reason we should buy today even though we didn't want to. I guess they're just doing their job but it felt like a well-oiled trap system they comprised. read more

Worst buying experience ever! Maybe because I purchased a used home, I don't know. I payed cash for my home that included appliances, the move and installation. It took twice as long to receive my home, then it sat for a week until I called the day before we were expecting rain to ask when they would finish installing because we had sunlight coming into the home, the interior was never finished and the refrigerator was removed from it. We are currently STILL waiting for our water heater, yes the water heater was also removed!!! I need to be in this home by the first of April ( in 2 days) and Jason my sales rep answers " I'll get the water heater for you)....... I have called at least three times wanting to speak to the manager and never got a call back not once. Do Not Buy Here. Take your business somewhere els. Unprofessional, poor customer service, bad management. Don't bother to reach out to me now either Titan. Hope to never have to deal with this company ever again. read more

Closed 3.5 months ago and don't even have a permit filed yet. I've been told "we're waiting on engineering" over and over again despite paying the full cost of engineering months before I closed. I have to beg for information and whatever information I get is a lie. Would not recommend and wish I could start over somewhere else. I have felt like nothing but an inconvenience to this company. We kept playing a game of is this one LOWER than 70,000 or HIGHER...Still no progress. This place is a major scam!!! Went next door to A +. They will get MY business and my money. I knew it was bad when the ONLY home the would price was the cabin out front for 58,000!! I've seen them for 30,000 everywhere else!!! This place is a joke. My husband and I went in wanting to look at the park model homes to add to our property for a guest home. Roland Castillo, Sales manager, asked us a number of questions. Even attempted to talk us into a larger home. When we told him we wanted to stick to our original plan, he asked what we wanted for a payment range. I advised him under $1,000 he then stated that we would we well under that. After an hour in his office he finally took us out to show us a park model and then a smaller single wide. When we asked to see another home that we like the looks of from the outside he asked if "we would help him out". My husband and I both looked at each other puzzled and then my husband asked how. He replied by filling out a credit application first. We quickly exited the property. STAY AWAY!!!!!! read more

Titan Factory Direct the sale person Mr. Chris was great. We feel he went above and beyond what he and all the staff at titan had to do.That sale office is great, it seems even if they all have different customers and they get paid by the amount of sales but every one there is nice and helpful and working together. On the other hand once the mobile home is set up you deal with different people like the trim out guy witch while we were there they were great too, they even told me about stuff they did not even have to do or check.Of course there is going to be little things wrong and i understand that but there factory guy Brandon Firebaugh witch is the contact for service issues takes up after he lazy contractors. I have a roof leak witch ok just need to be fixed no big deal but then the service manager and the contractor tell you it just a color change and there is nothing wrong, when i have checked myself and it was wet I guess it takes yrs for the paint to dry. Also I sent my 11yr old daughter up on the roof to see if she could find the problem and wow she found it right away. They contractor is on round 4 and he still has not found the issue or fixed it. So be careful with service send email and keep them because it looks like I am going to have to use them with another representative.But again the office in Georgetown is great. read more

We ordered our Champion built home from Titan Factory Direct, in June of 2017. Our house was delivered in August and put together. Champion Homes, the company that actually built the house sent a contractor to do the trim out in September. Worst experience of my life. The contractor was rude, did not want to fix anything, tried to pressure us into signing off on work that was either not done yet or looked awful. Few weeks later they send us a new contractor. He fixes a lot of things and does a better job than the last. We are finally able to move in at the end of October. After living in the house for 2-3 weeks we discover something is coming up through the floor of our shower AND we have a major water leak under out master bathroom. Apparently Champion Homes sucks at plumbing and forced some pipe together that pulled apart in moving the home. Not to mention our kitchen island was off center by 4 inches, our master bathroom window was crooked (the trim on one side was about 1.5 inches then on the other side no trim), and the wood they used around our entertainment center was cracked and had knots. There are so many things I can list from the texture on the dry wall being in big blobs, scratches, paint spots to no paint at all in other spots, and bathroom door knob on backwards. It is now April 2018 and we are still waiting for our shower to be fixed properly, since they have tried to patch it twice now and it has cracked within literally a day of each patch. I honestly do not understand how this house left the factory in this condition. Sales team at the New Braunfels location was great, but still doesn't make up for the horrible house we received. read more

My husband and I bought a home from Titan 18 months ago. We were pressed for time in getting the home purchased . Our salesman, Scott, was available every time we called and definitely had our best interest in mind while getting the transaction closed. Even though our time frame was limited, Titan worked with us and all of their subcontractors to get us settled in as soon as possible. We have had good service on warranty issues since then although there have been few things that needed any follow up service. We recommend Titan and especially Scott Bennett. read more

If there was an option to give less than one star that would be appropriate for this establishment. My partner and I stopped today to look at one of their models since noticing it was new to the lot. When we walked in the first woman that we encountered was aloof and pawned us on a gentleman sitting in the first office on the right. When we first sat in his office he finished an email before he acknowledged us after we let him know we just came in to tour that one specific model. While we waited for him to finish his email another employee came in and asked if he could speak to him. Instead of making him wait he walked out and spoke on he lobby area to the other employee. After waiting for a considerable amount of time we got up and walked out right past the two men info song that we didn't have time to wait. Neither one of them said a thing. I do not understand why you would be so inconsiderate and the lack of respect for someone else's time. We will not be returning and encourage others to take their business to someone that will appreciate and respect their time and money. read more

I chatted with a sales person, and i said I DID NOT want a credit check run yet. I also asked for some information on the homes, but he talked continually. I never recieved anything towards receiving a price. I am glad now because he guided me to another company and the service is very positive from the salesperson. So, I can say 1 star for the service and 5 stars sending me to another company. read more

A friend and I visited this location this week. Ryan was awesome. He took his time while showing us the homes we were interested in. We both are looking for a home. Both are retired senior citizens. Even though we are both healthy he still walked behind us with attentiveness to our surroundings, i.e., steps, gravel, etc. We could not have asked for a nicer young man to assist us in this quest. There was no pressure. He allowed us time to look for ourselves, was available for each question, and had the answer. When we find the location, we will definitely make our purchases from Georgetown Titan. My first visit to this location was 2 years ago. The awesome young men and women were kinder than family and treated me as such, including driving me to look at homesites, offering to store my furniture on their property until I could make the move. The sale of my home fell through at that time but two years later I can now make this move and you can bet this is the team I want to walk me through this process. read more

Worse experience me and my boyfriend ever had! We gave them every penny that was on the contract and they still asked for more money and said they couldn't do anything without having more money. So we tried to get out if it and they kept a lot of our money and have refused to refund us even after they broke the contract and didn't deliver the house! I'd advise everyone to stay away from this trailer company and don't sign anything with them because they will ask for more money and more money and not give you everything back! read more

My husband and I went there last tuesday, spoke with Steve, we specifically said several times we were just interested in looking at what they had, we are just in the beginning processes of looking. He kept us in the office for 1.5 hours with no explaination of the construction of the models, only kept saying that the utilities would be low and insurance is low because of the quality. Have NO idea what quality we are talking about, no explaination, then wanted us to let them do a credit check, at any point here have you heard about an outstanding home we are interested in purchasing? Me either haven't seen any of the models yet, apparently you are NOT allowed to look at the homes unless pre-approved. We asked why we needed to have credit checked when we are not ready to purchase yet, Steve told us that we weren't " STROKING THEM A CHECK" so they need to make sure we were able to purchase. My husband and I got up and walked out. We were referred to Titan by a neighbor, this is absolutely out of the question to ever consider again. Take your time and money somewhere else...My family went here on a Friday told them what we wanted and where, they took all of our info and said they had something, did they NO.... They callee the next day said they had something, did they NO... They asked me all the same questions as the day before and then the computer fails...Both days this happens. They try to sell you something else.. I told them when they called if you don't have something DON"T call me and waiste my time. Rick got really mouthy on the phone and hung up on me. This is a GREAT way to condust business. They tried to tell us we didn't have the money to buy what they had. Really..... Take your business to A+ down the street. They are awsome and will take the time to show you homes and get what you want. The staff at A+ homes have a good business going and want to keep your business. We will be going back to them. Husband and I went in to look at what they have to offer. I am weighing out my options(manufacture home or brick home). We exaplained to the sales lady what we thinking about doing. Explain to her we will ba paying cash for the home IF we procede with it. Manager came in to discuss prices, he wanted to know where are we going to get the cash,Really? He was really trying to dig to find out where. He said they have to know cause it has to acounted for. I looked at him and finally said "we are not drug dealers if that is what you are thinking". We laughed about it but then I realized that it was really non of his business. I shoulld no have to defend myself,Cash is Cash.....If he really wanted to know,he should have waited a little bit longer and get to know us. To me this was offensive....I told the sales person she did a great job but told the manager "its really non of your business". If they read this,my father in-law was going to provide the cash.
