When electric was installed I emailed him to please program the garage doors. The response was that they didn't come to my area very often. After 6 weeks of no service, my son visited us and is pretty savvy with technical issues. He was able to program the remote and doors. Approximately 3 weeks later one door would not open. When I emailed him I got a similar response of not knowing when he would be in the area. Unbeknownst to me, during that period, my builder sent him to give us an estimate for a glass shower door. You would think that he would look at our doors while he was there. ( he has a couple of businesses, one other being glass work.) He gave my husband a quote of $4200. I found another company that installed the shower door for $2200. He also gave us a quote for a glass tabletop for $1050, that I got for $250. When he finally arrived to fix doors he asked if we still needed the shower door. I questioned him why his price was so high, his response was "well that's what it costs to live in the Hamptons" (we live outside of that area) He blamed the door not working on the sensor getting wet from rain. He left without reprogramming the remotes and leaving the light cap open. All in all he was condescending, arrogant and provided poor service. Unless you want to pay inflated prices, and risk having unresolved issues, I would suggest another company!

The doors were then re-flashed, raised and put back in. RW installed new drain (that works), new sub-floor, replaced all trim and moldings.
