I found MD Plumbing & Heating online and saw all the positive reviews and decided to roll the dice and go with this Company. I have to honestly say I was not disappointed. Mike was able to fit me in & install a new hot water heater in a couple days at a very reasonable price. Mike was very knowledgeable and professional. We had a very shaky toilet that another plumber "fixed" 5 months prior. Mike got down to the bottom of the problem and gave me updates on what he was finding every step of the way. There were some major issues that needed to be fixed and Mike did not take any shortcuts, he was very transparent from start to finish. Our flange was rotted and Mike removed the broken flange put in a new flange set in concrete. He put in a new toilet and sealed it with silicone. We were charged $145 and hour + the price of supplies. It was worth every cent to know that everything was done properly this time around.

They caused significant damage in my home after attempting to fix the plumbing issues I hired them for, and did not clean up after themselves. They did not actually fix anything, although the billed me as if they did. They caused a pipe to leak in my bathroom that then caused damage to the ceiling, walls and carpet of a basement bedroom. When I expressed my issues to the company and to the owner George it took them 6 months to even get back to me. I finally got on the phone with George and he proceeded to scream at me for 10 minutes telling me that the plumbing in my home is terrible and unfixable. He also refused to believe there was any damage in my home, even though I have picture evidence and witnesses to prove it. He is a terrible business owner and one of the rudest people I have ever worked with.
