The plants at the nursery are beautiful. The lady who greeted us, listened to us and talked "plants" with was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She said her boss was the one who would come out to our property, listen to our questions, study the property and provide us a design. I asked if he had pictures of the plants to show us and we could discuss. We made an appointment and also purchased a palm to be delivered. The palm was delivered but he cancelled our consultation. We tried again, but no luck. We really like what we see at VISION 43 but need some consultations and a plan before we are comfortable making such an investment.

Consider: * 10 years in business and no reviews. * No address for the business. * When the phone # is called, there is no identification as a business. * The owner's name is not River Ribon, it is River Clemow. * Do they ask for the whole amount due upfront? * Do they tell you that they have done work for the neighbors, if so VERIFY. * Do they insist you pay cash? * Do they try to expand the job once it is started? * Is their flyer in black and white from a copier? * Did they come knocking on your door? What will happen: * They do not appear to have the equipment to do the job. * Depending on the size of the job, it will either be poorly done or as in my case, not completed at all. I have been waiting 8 weeks now. They will call you back but they have a different excuse each time. * They promise a great deal but write the contract in such a way that only the minimum work is described. Example: replace dirty rocks with clean rocks. The verbal discussion involves removing the rocks, removing the current weeds, laying down new landscaping fabric and replacing with clean rocks. They instead placed some clean rocks on top of the dirty rocks with the weeds in place. **** I find no other choice than to pursue reimbursement of my funds by filing in small claims court.
