Specifically, overgrown vines on the back fence, brush next to the house needing to be cut back, a banana tree and weeds needing to be pulled, and the back yard needing to be raked. Brian not only provided an immediate consultation on site, but came out to perform the work the very SAME day. His customer service and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. He went above and beyond to ensure my mother's properties looked immaculate...and ithey DID! I was not only impressed by the amount of work he accomplished within such a short period of time, but how professional he was throughout the entire process. Brian consistently had a good attitude, he was polite and courteous with my mother, and demonstrated patience and grace as she walked him around the properties explaining the issues in detail. Quality and professionalism aside, his rates are immensely competitive. I called four lawn care services in the area and not one of them came close to matching the price he gave me. I would highly recommend Frey's Lawn Care Service to anyone looking for short or long term lawn care.

I have hired several lawn care companies during my 20 years of renting and home ownership; and this may be the worst experience I've ever had with a lawn maintenance company. I would highlight that they left tree limbs hanging from our fence lines and never came on the same day per week for lawn maintenance. Our family never knew when the lawn would be tended to or if ever. Their lack of care for the lawn was apparent when they decided to stop spraying for weeds which we had to tend to ourselves, despite the contract stipulating weed spray. The main operator, Rayne, and his workers left branches of palm leaves in the yard that they simply weed-wacked around. They also refused to mow our lawn on occasions if a car was parked in the driveway. The tree clippings or more heavy branches were left in our lawn to decay when a trash can wasn't available. I was approached by a banging at my door by Rayne, that a trash can needed to be available for the limbs (which would have constituted about 5 large WM trash cans). I was questioned if I noticed the tree limbs hanging off the fence line. I said yes, we did notice large limbs laying in our yard and we took them down to the street. He went on to lecture me about trash pick-up protocol. I apologized to HIM! Then, after our altercation at my front step, we received a hasty email that stated Beachside Lawn would discontinue our business due to scheduling issues, the road we lived on, and a roof steep. I'm writing this review because I want to make a buyer beware statement due to our absolute trust we put in this company and the lack of respect we received back from egotistical whims on their part. I would only hire this business if you are looking for childish, haphazard, and unprofessional lawn care.

Below is a detailed account of the situation, including the timeline, agreements, and subsequent issues: Timeline and Agreements Initial Quote and Agreement: On 5 February 2025, Climate Experts provided a quote for installing a customer-supplied water heater. The quote explicitly stated: "The replacement water heater can be installed either in the attic space where the existing one currently is (provided it fits in the attic access), or it can be installed in the garage. Either location, pricing valid for either.", "*Installation includes all required wiring & water lines." Pictures and requested information were provided by my realtor to assist in preparing the quote. Additional detailed pictures of the house layout were available online via the property listing. I signed the quote on 7 February 2025 and paid $2,150 on 9 February 2025. Tech Visit and Refusal to Install: The technician arrived at the property and stated that the supplied water heater could not be installed in the attic due to its hybrid nature, weight concerns, and potential condensation issues. I requested that the water heater be installed in the garage, as explicitly stated in the signed quote. Climate Experts refused, claiming the situation was not as expected and that installation in the garage would cost more than the quoted and paid amount. Forced Purchase of Additional Water Heater: Due to time constraints related to the sale of the house, Climate Experts leveraged the urgency of the situation, leaving me with no choice but to purchase the recommended water heater for installation in the attic. The new water heater was installed with an invoice dated 17 February 2025 and signed 13 February 2025. Lack of Due Diligence: Climate Experts did not send a technician to inspect the property prior to providing the quote, despite my realtor offering flexibility to accommodate a visit. This oversight led to inaccurate assumptions and subsequent issues. Leverage of Time Constraints: Climate Experts leveraged the urgency of the situation, forcing me to purchase an additional water heater to meet the inspection requirements for selling the house. Financial Impact: I incurred additional costs due to Climate Experts' refusal to honor the original agreement and their lack of due diligence.
