They looked at the video from the other company and in their professional opinion after seeing it they did not see any need for immediate repairs or the urgency the other company was stressing, but the owner offered to still come out to the house. Tom came out today and listened to our entire story. He even inserted his own camera in our sewer line just to get a better idea of the condition of our line with his eyes. He shook his head and said that he sees nothing that indicates we need any repairs.
