In addition, the stores were intended to serve as fundraisers for our organizations. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter and acknowledgment from the company regarding the outstanding funds, we have still not received the fundraiser payouts owed to our nonprofits. After exhausting our efforts to work directly with the company, we have turned the matter over to our nonprofit attorneys for further action. Either and exchange or a store credit. The manager Opal refused to be of any assistance. She advised she didn't have to follow the store policy if she did feel like it. Though the policy clearly states if the merchandise is unworn and not damaged it can be returned for a store credit or exchange. And you may only get the last sales price. Which I was okay with. When I asked her if she was going to honor Foot Lockers policy She proceeded to walk away and proceeded to act as if she was busy. I had to ask the current associate that was at the register was she going to return. When she did return. The associate advised her I wasn't done speaking with concern the issue. She advise she was done and she wasn't honoring the store policy. She then proceeded to say the policy only pertained to shoes not clothing. It states that nowhere in their return/exchange policy.
