My parents used Aquarius way back in the 1990s. They have passed on, but I moved into the house. I…read moresaw the Aquarius water softener and there was a reverse-osmosis filter system under the sink. Before I move in, I tried renting the house out for 10 years. The idiot real estate manager agent unplugged the water softener. I had a service 7 years ago, but that idiot real estate manager must have unplugged the unit again. I wrongly thought that Aquarius had not done the service I paid for. Well they said that was really doubtful, but they would come out and take a look. Turns out they had done their part, but that real estate management company just didn't think renters deserve soft water and unplugged it again. This was their way to never have to add salt. They didn't replace the furnace filter in 9 years either. Live and learn. So the Aquarius owner comes out, and we figure out that yeah, they did do the bead replacement 7 years ago, and yeah, they had a detailed record of that service call and who did it. Meanwhile, I watch him go through the unit one check at a time, set the clock up, and then do a measurement. There was a frayed cable that needed replacement, and he had one in the truck. So rather than sell me a new unit, he just got the old unit working after sitting for 10 years, and made sure it was doing its job. So I told him about the reverse osmosis filter under the sink, and he checked his paperwork and said that, yeah, they had installed that too, back in the 90s. So we go in the house, and he replaces the two filter cartridges and the osmosis cartridge, He also drained the accumulator tank and recharged it with an air compressor. Then he tested the water to make sure it was working OK. I said I didn't like the lever-operated faucet for the system and he said he had one with a knob. He installed that and I have never been happier with a service call in my entire life. I now have soft water to shower in, and pure water to drink. It cost a tenth of what I was expecting, (or fearing). I made sure he put me on the reminder list to come replace the reverse-osmosis filters every year. I just made my first pot of coffee with the filtered water, so its going to be a great day. I highly recommend Aquarius for any water treatment need you have.

We initially called a plumber who overcharged us and actually made the leak worse (lesson learned). We subsequently decided to call Just Water Treatment Inc. who came out to take a look. The specialist who came out (I think it was the owner) really spent a long time trying to repair and fix our current system before explaining that we did, in fact, need an entire new one because of some irreparable cracks (that I think were caused by the plumber we initially called -_-) . Although that was disappointing to hear, I really appreciated that they obviously made every effort to repair our current one before suggesting we get a new one and clearly articulated why we needed a new one. It definitely did not feel like they were upselling or anything. The specialist went ahead and installed a new reverse osmosis system under the sink and let us know that they can come out yearly to maintain it and change the filters (we signed up for that service as well). This happened back in November and everything has been going smoothly since! We are really happy with the specialist's efforts and service and with our new water filtration system. I highly recommend!

You claim I had the service for a year for maintenance. My reverse osmosis stopped working DURING the year of service. Your company refused to repair it claiming I did not have it serviced which was a lie. 2)You also falsely stated the filters and salt were not changed for 6 years. How is that possible of if my home is only 7 years old and I had a warranty for a year plus purchased an additional service plan in 2023 as u claim? 3) I do not need to pay your company to come out and put salt in my water system for $40 a month. Your service techs were literally dumping the salt bags in my garage and leaving. I called and notified your company, as per usual, there was no resolve and nasty response such as your response. I decided to purchase the salt on my own from the feed store and replace it myself. 4) I'm a home grown Floridian who grew up with well water so i know very well how to maintenance and maintain a water softener system.
