The alkaline water tap is always delicious and refreshing, and the tap doesn't bubble and spit out the water after the initial tank dump like the other brands. The ice it makes tastes like the ones that come out of the fancy craft ice makers. There are no hard water spots or mineral deposits in the sinks, shower glass, and dishwasher. And the bonus is that there are no softener salts that can burn your plants. They come out once a year for maintenance and only charge you for whatever filters you need. My California home was just checked for maintenance, but no filters were needed so it didn't cost me anything. I highly recommend this product, their customer care, and their service team. We initially called a plumber who overcharged us and actually made the leak worse (lesson learned). We subsequently decided to call Just Water Treatment Inc. who came out to take a look. The specialist who came out (I think it was the owner) really spent a long time trying to repair and fix our current system before explaining that we did, in fact, need an entire new one because of some irreparable cracks (that I think were caused by the plumber we initially called -_-) . Although that was disappointing to hear, I really appreciated that they obviously made every effort to repair our current one before suggesting we get a new one and clearly articulated why we needed a new one. It definitely did not feel like they were upselling or anything. The specialist went ahead and installed a new reverse osmosis system under the sink and let us know that they can come out yearly to maintain it and change the filters (we signed up for that service as well). This happened back in November and everything has been going smoothly since! We are really happy with the specialist's efforts and service and with our new water filtration system. They replaced and upgraded the 6.5 year old 20 gal tank that went bad with a 44 gal tank, along with the pressure switch and pressure gauge. Joe & Mike were very knowledgeable, very efficient and completed everything and gone by 8:30pm. They also educated us on how to flush the tank twice a year to have it last longer and work better.
