This is more like self storage than powder coating. I dropped off some rims, was given a two week…read morelead time. After 2 months multiple failed promise dates for pick up, they still were not complete. At 3 months of sitting in the storage yard, I called and just requested to pick them up from self storage to take them to another powder coater who could complete the job. They told me the rims were complete two weeks ago, they just forgot to call. The promise dates mean nothing here, customer service is poor at best as they never respond, and frequently miss the dates they indicate the project will be completed. I guess they no longer focus on the core individual, and just relegate the one off stuff to the yard to be rained on and exposed to the elements until they feel like dealing with it. If you can live without customer service, your project for months on end, missed promise dates lots of excuses this may be the place for you. When the project was finally complete, the Powder coat job was great, I will actually give them a second star for quality of workmanship. I will choose a more reliable business in the future.
