I want to leave a balanced review with some good and some caution. So much good!: the workouts are comprehensive, you can train cardio and strength, you work many muscle groups with compound motions that pack a lot into a short time. The coaches are skilled and genuinely friendly and engaging, and you will push your limits, learning some real boxing along the way. The caution: Be wise. Stretch a full 15 minutes before class starts. Once class starts, there can be peer pressure to do everything coaches say, and to not feel like the weak link in games. Don't let that get you hurt! Be you. Take a break if you need one. Positive highlights: Coaches Seth, Arjay, and Bobby I go to the most because their sessions are really fun and also challenging, and you'll both get a great workout and also come out of it healthy and not overcooked. read more

I used a free trial for the 6 pm class with coach J and it was such a killer workout! Since I'm left handed my stance is opposite everyone else but the coach came by a few times to make sure I was understanding instructions and positioned correctly. Definitely recommend trying out the free class if nothing else. We did ten rounds and ended with fun group challenges. Everyone in class was very friendly and welcoming as well. I used to be a member at the downtown Orlando Title Boxing gym and absolutely loved it. However once they closed end of January/beginning of Feb we decided we would not renew our membership as the other gyms were not in convenient locations to where we lived. Since the Orlando gym closing, title boxing has continued to charge my husband and I every month $139 despite our gym being CLOSED. I've called the winter park manager David Rodriguez 5 times now and each time he has assured me it won't happen again. March rolled around - we were charged again. April rolls around - charged. And now once again, May 9 rolls around and Title Boxing continues to fraudulently charge $139/month for a gym that is no longer OPEN. The classes are great but if you ever decide to leave the gym or your gym is OUT OF BUSINESS - just know they will continue to fraudulently charge you for months afterwards. Would not recommend. I have been here twice now. So far, all the staff have been friendly and quick to help me feel at ease. With wrapping my wrists, to showing me individual boxing moves. I was a little intimidated when i first walked in and I am already gaining momentum after only 2 visits. They provide 4 changing rooms and showers that were clean. They also run specials on FB if you should choose to enroll in their membership. They do have free weights and a couple of cardio machines, but I signed up for their group classes. One intense hour of boxing, kickboxing, cardio and core workouts. What a great way to relieve tension! read more

They don't teach you how to box unless you pay like 1$50 for a private class. I moved 2 hours away for the gym and when I wanted to cancel they told me my contact was for a year and if I wanted to cancel I would have to pay the enter balance, like $700. The classes are just to hit the pushing bag until you get tired and that's pretty much all the classes I went to. It's really boring, you do the same thing every time. No technique is learned at all. You can't get a reach of the manager when you want to cancel. Do not spend your money on this gym. If you read good reviews and only want to do some exercise go ahead. Its not worth it. Buy a punishing and and gloves for $200 and avoid paying a ridiculous amount of money for the same thing. read more

Okay so this is my first "bad" review. Let me first state stating this review has nothing to do with the trainers or the classes. Overall I think the gym is filled with great people and the classes are everything they say they are. Cardio filled with knowledgeable trainers to assist you in anyway they can. This review is simply in regards to the manager Anthony. First and foremost he doesn't honor what his employees state (yikes). As a manager you are held accountable for the things your employees do and say. When we signed up for the gym we were told if you don't like it you can cancel at anytime. We inquired about the 30 days contractual obligation as I wasn't sure I really wanted to quit the gym and do this each month. We were told as long as you cancel in advance and prior to the billing cycle you will be good. Soooo you guessed it. We cancelled TWENTY FIVE days prior to the next billing cycle. Anthony basically said we were liars & none of him employees stated this to us & even after pointing it out and 10 emails later. Anthony stated we still had to pay the $170 (over priced) for another month. Completely unprofessional and doesn't care about the customer. I would not recommend this place. You can go to any gym and have the same workout with any cardio class and to boot the lack of customer service skills- just not worth it read more

Beastmode (Lindsey) kicked our ass this morning! Title boxing club Winter Park provides the perfect blend of cardio, boxing (strength) and core training in one workout. The first class of the weekday is at 6am. I live nearby, so working out at this time allows me to squeeze in a great workout, shower, eat breakfast and make it to work by 9am. The early morning classes can be small and allows for more personal interaction with the trainers. I highly recommend it. Was great to start with but has gone down hill lately. The customer service is terrible!! Repeated calls and messages left with no response. Finally got ahold of the owner and was given the excuse that they had the wrong number for me. I have had the same number for the 2 years that I was there and still continued to receive promotional text messages so I know that was a lie. My family and I have spent a lot on personal training hours and unfortunately my trainer left the company. I was told that they would set us up with someone else but am now being ignored once again! I asked for a refund on the remaining personal training hours and was denied. I am not even close to happy with this company and that's a shame!! I really did enjoy boxing. So overall, I would give the work out 5 stars. If you're looking to get your butt kicked, this is the place for you. The workouts are quite challenging. You'll leave the place drenched. I'm always looking for something new to bring into my routine and something that's going to push me so I thoroughly enjoyed it. The downside is, you can't pay for an individual class. You have to sign up for an actual membership, which I suppose isn't too bad but the plan's aren't that great. The class schedule during the week doesn't fit my schedule, so I'd only be able to go during the weekend. I'd be willing to pay the cheapest membership but I'm not willing to settle into a one year contract just to get the lowest price. So if you have a flexible schedule, maybe this would work for you. I want to LOVE this place but I can't get down with the plans. Hey, I'm willing to pay $25 a class if I could just pay for individual classes, but they don't do that :( If anyone knows what boxing gyms do, let me know! read more

Title Boxing Club in Winter Park, You saw this one coming. Their staff's rudeness and unprofessionalism left a bad taste in my mouth. The trainers are good, you'll get what you give based on your commitment however service doesn't merely rely on the trainers alone. Service includes interaction with staff at the front desk and all paperwork related matters that come with it. This Caucasian tall young man manning the front desk at the Winter Park location and the lady manager was ganging up on me like I was some con artist who ripped them off. The truth of the matter is they need to train their employees more so that there is consistency from manager level down to staff employees. My issue fell through the cracks, they say one out of 35,000. Ok then, work it out. Guess what, it happened! There was a mistake made on my end I will admit, an honest one. But the mistake was pushed through further because a staff in your location unknowingly knew the policy and processed it. At the end of the day though, no one should be treated like rubbish especially when you're paying them for services. Horrible, unprofessional, and dishonest "General Manager" named Derek Smith. He had me faxed the signed contract along with my credit card information, including the 3-digit security code in the back of card then told me that he cannot signed me up for the service. He handled things very unprofessionally and should not be an employee for the club. Please be careful about giving out your information or credit card information when dealing with this club. Beware of Deceptive Marketing Practices about Memberships and Pre-paid Personal Training. Before you start your membership you're told it's monthly and can pause or cancel at anytime. When you contact them to cancel you're told it's an annual commitment. When you prepay PT you aren't told anything other than the extra savings you get, more savings with larger pre-pay package. Then your trainer leaves and your work schedule gets challenged with travel and you realize you won't be using the PT and contact for a refund for unused services and are told it's non-refundable. Ask to speak to the owner and no one will even give you her name and no one to get back to you. Try contacting Corporate and get a runaround that points you back to franchise location. Real shame because I had been having a positive experience with the club prior to this situation. read more

So I bought a groupon because my friend also did and gave it a try. I'll admit, it's a little intimidating, but everyone is SO nice there. My first class, the girls upfront were nice and helped wrapped my hands since I had no clue what I was doing. The instructor was also really nice and came around a few times because I think he knew I was confused and a little lost lol. He was definitely encouraging and asked how we liked it after the class. My second class the next day, the instructor was just as wonderful, he took the time to come and show me the moves and correct my form. What I really like about this gym is, it's motivational without that boot camp feeling that you HAVE to do all the moves/workouts. It's more at your pace, so if you need to sit for a second and catch your breath, you go right ahead. It's very clean and everyone, including members are really nice and friendly! The prices are also good, just with my schedule, I'm not able to commit, so I'll more than likely do a pay per class, which I am more than happy to do.
