We, however, searched for nurseries in Bainbridge Ga and found In The Garden. Let me say, we are glad we did as it is a great place to shop. People were very friendly, was full of knowledge and offered assistance in any way they could help. We will definitely remember this placed when plants/bushes/flowers are needed. BTW, the prices were very close to Home Depot, some items lower.

He gave me a set of contacts to try and told me to use them for a couple of weeks and contact the office to order more if I liked them. I tried for 3 months to reach someone at the office to order my contacts. No one would ever return my call. Fast forward one year, I showed up for my appointment and they have no record of me or my appointment. They called me later in the morning and said they found my record and that my appointment had been the previous day and they had called me and confirmed my appointment. I told them my appointment card clearly shows my appointment is May 5, not May 4, and I never received a call from their office. They insisted I was called and that I needed to reschedule my appointment. While I am sure their doctors are great, I am finding another place to do business even if it means going back to Tallahassee. At least the customer service there was consistently good.

Upon arrival after brief paper work I was carried back to Dr Flowers examination room where in a couple of minutes he came in. After a few brief questions and making me feel most comfortable he began checking my vision. Along each step he explained what he was doing and the condition of my eyes. I did end up getting a pair of replacement glasses that were fitted very well by a knowledgeable staff person. What a great and comforting experience this was, would recommend everyone to visit Bainbridge Vision Clinic for your eye needs! I will add them to my regularly yearly calendar of medical check ups!! The store is new and well organized. I was able to get my bulb, the staff was nice and courteous, he verified my vehicle to make sure we got the right bulb which I appreciate to save me a trip back. She then yelled and said, "If you knew how to read a computer screen you would know that part doesn't fit your car". She also followed by saying " People like you are the problem, you and corporate make my day miserable, I just want to sell parts to people". We went home and verified the part on your website to be the right one. We went back to the store and this time the commercial person helped and told us the part we went in for was available. The store manager was berating a customer about a battery for a ford ranger. I'll happily pay Napa slightly more money to have a much better customer experience. If I shop here is because no one else has what I need and I can't wait, or AutoZone finds a better manager for this location.

They have a huge inventory, but you will pay a much bigger price than stores in other places. They definitely capitalize on not having competition close by. I have guns shipped to them from Alabama and still save a huge amount of money after paying the extra processing fees. Most of the staff is helpful and well mannered.
