My wedding was in October 2020, and Logan has still not given me the product that I paid for almost two years after the event. Logan is unprofessional, does not uphold to his end of the contract, and ghosts you if you ask any questions about the product that you paid for. I would not recommend this videographer to anyone. I will never receive or get to watch best moments of my life because this person scammed us. He will respond to my texts maybe 5% of the time if I am lucky. (Please refer to two examples attached) He has consistently lied to me, promising that "he will send out my footage on Monday!" Or "I'm sorry I sent out a lot of USBs lately I thought one of them was yours" even though he is delivering footage for weddings that were more than a year after mine. As of right now, I have not heard from Logan since May 17. I have only received 3/4 of my raw wedding footage and I have not received any edited footage, even though since the end of 2020 he has promised that the edited footage is done and that he would be sending it to me soon. It really breaks my heart that I see him doing work for this company and for other brides, but he has completely skipped over my edited footage even though I've been nothing but patient and respectful of his time. He also bribes the people and brides specifically who wrote bad reviews of his business, promising them their footage that they paid for if they take down their bad reviews. I would never, ever recommend working with this business or this person.

We just closed on our Tampa Bay Home Area home today and having finished the process, I'm delighted to report Kris Kennedy lives up to every accolade he's received. Kris is a really nice guy (but let's face it ALL real estate agents are charming) Kris sets himself above the other agents starting with his professional demeanor and promptness. He is smart and shrewd a brilliantly, tenacious negotiator and an excellent communicator. He has league of professionals in his network that seemingly bend over backwards for him and thusly bend over backwards for his clients. Certainly if I had a question or a concern Kris had an answer, knew someone that did or found out and reported back quickly. He gave us excellent advice, asked important questions, custom built searches to suit our needs, and secured digital paperless portals to complete paperwork. Kris not only saved us time (his efficiency is miraculous), he saved us money A. LOT. OF. MONEY! 1. We were convinced we wanted a V.A. loan but upon Kris's suggestion we looked into it and discovered in this particular instance, using a conventional saved us about 11K. 2. After running some comps, speaking to the seller, investigating the history of the home we wanted etc. Kris was able to negotiate a savings of 24K from list price. FYI my husband and I would've paid asking price and Kris knew it. He worked his magic and saved us a total of 35K. We had raw sewage coming up from our shower and tub and they told me they couldn't get someone out for almost 10 days to repair. We received a notice from our HOA communicating some things that needed to be corrected. We corrected them immediately and then months later received multiple HOA violation fees from Invitation Homes. When I inquired about the fees since we had corrected the issues immediately I was told we were fined for being notified (even though our HOA did not fine Invitation Homes). We've had multiple other negative interactions with this corporation and strongly recommend utilizing another rental company.
