I dropped off my car to have the transmission rebuilt and was quoted 1 week for the repair. After 1…read moreweek had past it was not ready. week 2 I picked it up and it had the same issues as when I dropped it off initially. After 2 more weeks I picked it up again, and the transmission was not working correctly. After 2 more weeks it was finally repaired correctly. I was quoted 1 week and it turned out to be just over 6 weeks. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Tells me that he'll have to see if he can fit me in the next day for an inspection, even though there was no one at the shop when I went. So he intentionally just did not want to help me. At this point I cant stay any longer as there was a death in the family..left the truck with them for over a week. They have diagnosed the truck and fixed yet who knows what and truck supposed to be ready to go yesterday. I arrive from Kentucky to pick up and they havent even started!!!!! AND brand new tire is flat to the ground AND gas tank on empty AGAIN. After calling police to file a report on this scammer...he hurried to "fix" this new do called problem with the catalytic converters. Well...Guess where I am today?? BROKE DOWN LAST NIGHT AGAIN..STAYED IN A HOTEL..AND HAVING TO CALL SOMEONE TO TOW IT BACK TO KENTUCKY. Oh! Now break lights..turn signals..ect also dont work AND engine light is on on TOP of all the same symptoms I originally brought the truck in for!!!! To you sir if you read this..this is a horrible horrible way to treat people. I am a pretty passive person..often end up letting people walk all over me..the fact that your deceit was so obvious to me and cruel that I was able to stand up for myself says a lot! You were paid to diagnose n fix my truck so I could get home. I will be voicing my review and opinion on every site I can find until you do the right thing and refund me or until the shop I have it at now finishes their findings n I present them to an attorney. Our mini-van broke down late Wednesday afternoon on I75 south of Valdosta with a transmission…read moreproblem that left us on the side of the road. The start of what I expected to be a very bad experience. We were referred to Earl Copeland by our mechanic in Marietta, GA. I spoke with Mr. Copeland as he was closing and we had our van towed there. The next morning Mr. Copeland was there early and he, Dex and George got the van into a bay and they looked at it right away. George and Dex diagnosed and solved the problem and got us back on the road in a fraction of the time I expected and at a fraction of the cost I was fearing. Earl and his mechanics are very competent, professional and kind. What could have been a bad experience turned out to be a pleasant one that I will not soon forget. I would recommend this group to anyone without reservation. The next morning, Mr. Copeland called me to make sure we had gotten home OK. (What a day) The tow truck driver came out with a tire changed it and we could get on our way. The cost was high $606.00 and only took him 40 min. but at least we could be on our way. I don't know about you but........ well I decided to shop around. Found Walker's Auto Repair in a Google search and I am so thankful I did. MR Lee and Ms Judy are awesome. They got me in and out car running smooth and they did not brake the bank. My car had a few other issues but Lee was able to take care of everything. MS Judy even gave me rides!!
