The registration expired on the RV so therefore we could not pull it to our property. I went to the Galveston County Building and they told me Amoco had dropped off 2 big boxes of loans for registration. THEY LET THESE SIT FOR 4 MONTHS! I had called Amoco 3 times prior and was told it was submitted to the county and that they were "behind". A TOTAL LIE. I am furious!!! The RV is STILL in the prior owner's name because Amoco FCU couldn't do their job. I was told that they are all working from home "remotely". Where are the supervisors? Why aren't they doing their job to ensure the employees are getting in paperwork in a timely manner???? Everyone uses "Covid" as an excuse, and I'm calling bullshit on that. These employees at home are messing around and not doing their job. Shame on Amoco FCU for not managing their employees better. Such crappy customer service. There is NO excuse for a 4 month delay in submitting paperwork. My husband & I have discussed pulling ALL of our accounts from AMOCO and moving it to another bank. While I love the tellers, it seems they are either always new or need permission from a manager. This instills fast employee turnover at this location. In fact, one of the employees here just told a customer they have two new tellers with several more being hired. A good employer should not have high turnover rate and that is what I see from this location. The bankers themselves are always polite but sometimes pushy. It seems they assume we know more than we do. It would be nice if the bankers knew more about how credit scores work or even brought it up before closing or opening accounts. The worst part about banks in general are the hours. They are open when you go to work, closed when you get off work, and the open for a few hours on Saturday so that you have to wait in line. It's a frustrating process and one reason some credit unions are better.
