I never received it and have called the location to get my original Title. I was told that they gave me my Title, which is a LIE!!! I never received it and I was told I had to go to the DMV to get it, that it only costs a few dollars. Never mind the fact that they lied but now I'm at the DMV and have the paperwork but no business card which is required! They have inconvenienced me because they lied, negligent and are ignorant. Now I have to get Azalia Gomez's business card to get my title which I should have received in hand when I paid off my vehicle. Azalia Gomez and other workers have no clue what they're doing and would never recommend Titlemax to anyone!!!

There is no need to pick up my truck when I have the money plus this months right now. so please make it to where there's a after hours number to call to make a payment or a number we can all call to solely to make a payment. This has me upset and I will be livid if I wake up in the morning and my vehicle is gone all because I couldn't make a payment after hours to pay off my past due balance and pay this months bill that isn't due yet. This new manager will not charge me to get my truck back this go around when the new manager needs to make it more accessible to make payments, even past due payments. They had proof of my brothers passing and copy of will, no probate but they kept requesting more legal documents and notaries required on several! Finally, after 3 months of headaches they released the funds to my daughter and that was after i called and said if there is anything else you need tell me now! The GP branch called the loan office while we were sitting there and told them about the situation, they said they would call within the day, which they never did, that was a week ago. I have called so many times for them to say, someone will call and still have not received the call. I have called asking for a loan manager to call me back, nothing!
