I had to repeatedly call and eventually drive to the office to sign documents just to fix their mistake. Completely unprofessional. Despite making every payment on time through automatic draft, things only got worse. I requested a simple due date change before my payment was even due. I was told by Jacquline I only get one date change for the life of the loan. Fine. We agreed to move it from the 5th to the 20th, and I received written confirmation by email. Instead of honoring the agreement, they withdrew my payment early, earlier than my original contracted date. When I called to address it, I was told the system "glitched." That excuse is unacceptable. You cannot operate a financial institution where "glitches" result in prematurely taking customers' money. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this company. Jacqueline, escalated this to Director Jamey Kuhn his excuse was "human errors happen". The responses are horrible and If your systems are malfunctioning to the point of affecting customers' bank accounts, that is a serious issue that needs immediate correction. Aside from being constantly reminded that he was busy with other applications, Eric had a terrible process for relaying information on specific items needed. His process regarding what they needed was all over the place, and he was NOT transparent on what exactly was required for this process; I guess this didn't sit well when addressed to him by myself. Furthermore, when confronted by His manager, Jaqulyn or whatever her name, seem to relay the same style of verbiage. I've only had maybe 2 conversations with this gentlelady in the past 3 years, and right from the JUMP, this woman had the WORSE attitude I've ever experienced from a customer perspective. She was extremely condescending, "miss know it all", and almost discriminatory against my financial situation. At no point was any consideration, remorse, or understanding given to me. After repeated offensives of being rude, I confronted this individual, who reflected the branch respectfully, and let her know that I was a veteran triggered by disrespectful attitudes. ZERO remorse or consideration was given even after the confrontation. As a result of this interaction, I've decided to drop the entire process and disregard all associations with this company. My perspective reflects that these individuals could care less about situations, hold-ups, and misunderstandings and only care about tricking you into doing business with them. It is sad that individuals struggle to make ends meet and would love to work in this country, especially in these individual positions. It is equally upsetting that the leader of this organization allows he/she employees to act in this manner.
