She spoke as though she could and was willing to help. I called her more than 5 times and left voice messages and messages with people. She never called me back. And when I asked to speak with someone else, low and behold, there is no-one who could (or was willing) to advise me. This is banking from the dark ages. The app is ancient, the web page is not user friendly. It takes a monumental effort to accomplish anything. Lesson learned. Stick with the Devil you know.
