I have been using this location for about a year. They now have new management and new employees. I…read morelike to borrow and then pay the full amount off so I don't incur the ridiculous unrest charges. I received a call on Wednesday notifying me that their office will be closed on Friday and that I could come in on Saturday to pay, I told the employee I would be in after I got off. She never let me know they would be closing earlier and thus my card was charged a payment. When I called about the problem after thr first call the manager stopped answering for my number ( he hadn't returned my call in 15 min as he stated) I called in the span of 3 hours maybe 7 times but as soon as I use my app with a different number to call he answers and then proceeds to tell me his employee put down that I said I would be there at 230 which I never said and when I told him he showed no empathy and didn't move to find it our rectify the situation. He was rude and sarcastic and will never visit this location again. This is a review based off the manager at this location and not cash store in itself. Cash store is good but don't use it if u can't pay the money back soon bc those payments add up to a higher amount than what u originally borrowed which I feel isn't worth it. Rant over!
