So much better than those big operations that just churn people in and dump them out. It can be more expensive, but I'd rather pay more and double or triple my return. Plus, they work with you. You can pay from your return or up front (through many different methods). I've done my taxes from 1700 miles away, and they make it work. Bottom line, taxes suck.
