I got the discount as I received the device, the device didnt work out and I reported and called for help on this twice, didn't get any value help on this and today my agent assistant told me that next month my payment will be increased by $20+ as the devices has not been using properly. I remind her that it didnt work out and it reported twice without getting any help, this is not fair to lose a discount due they sent a damaged or faulty device. They are good for get the money but really bad at customer service.

Also, I didn't sign anything and they switched my insurance during renewal and up charged me. When I called, they simply informed me they sent a document and because I didn't signed it, I have to pay. So I signed and waited, but now I'm being charged more for another uninsured motor coverage and they're asking me to sign another document. My insurance went up about $200/mo within 2 months from what I was paying. They keep blaming the billing department but doesn't seemed to care. Wish I can give negative stars. I'm trying to cancel my insurance and obviously having a difficult time getting in touch with anyone here. I cancelled all my motor vehicle and know they're asking me to pay homeowner insurance. This place really won't stop trying to steal your money.

Gina has been more than happy to accommodate! When I moved from Minnesota, she helped me get the best rate for my auto coverage and renter's coverage (which so happen to be with two different companies). Then, when I got engaged she helped me get my ring included on my renter's insurance and found out that the company I was with for that policy had now added auto coverage and my rates would be better if I switched.
