I got the discount as I received the device, the device didnt work out and I reported and called for help on this twice, didn't get any value help on this and today my agent assistant told me that next month my payment will be increased by $20+ as the devices has not been using properly. I remind her that it didnt work out and it reported twice without getting any help, this is not fair to lose a discount due they sent a damaged or faulty device.
