This business is HORRIBLE. They told me the day I come in (also states on the website) that you get your title the day you pay off your loan. I paid off my loan and came in to get my title and they told me that it could take 3-8 weeks to get my title in, when I knew they had it in the office in one of the filing cabinets. I come in the next day with a friend who is more experienced with this kind of business and he asked for my title again and they were extremely rude and wouldn't tell us where the title was or who had it. He even asked for a manager and their number and the blonde woman said she wasn't allowed to give out that information. We even asked if we could get it overnighted and pay the extra cost and they kept putting it off. I paid the full amount off anyways and as she hands me the paper work to sign she covers up the printing so I cant see it, we asked her to take her hand off and she wouldn't so we moved it and she was hiding where it states that customer received title??? crazy right? So we get her to write out beside it and initial and state that I in fact did not receive it but still paid in full. She told us the manager would call us later so we left. He never called. Next day we are on our way up there when they call and tell us that the title just so happened to come in the mail that day, no surprise because it was in the office the whole time!!
