Oh when Tina was there she showed so much love and compassion she was able to get us a loan and knew our situation and lent a hand so Tina you Now I'm a mom of 4 I'm struggling to pay I'm only 44 days behind not 2 months and oh I called to tell them I was having trouble paying and that I'm not skipping out I'm just trying to gather the funds. So on the 13 th I do not have the money on the 24th so I called on the 23rd and let them know I'd have it Friday due to ssi was giving my back pay. They said oh okay we will note it. So today June 27th they send a tow truck and I begged and pleaded with destiny and the other lady there to let me pay Friday and it was a guarantee they showed no compassion no empathy and now I'll be in more debt. Pedi gave 5 stars and a great rating with Tina but I'm done with tItle max I will pay y'all off and will not return. When some one is stressed and hurting and not be understood they get angry yes and I did because my car was out livelihood and now we are stranded. In Villa rica far from everything with no way to get anywhere. All they could say to the tow truck was then take it after I begged and pleaded cried ! No heart no soul this world lacks so much and they just proved it . Karma comes back around so when you feel that pain no y'all deserve it. I would not recommend anyone go to title max. I mean the lady was nice, and provided good service and all, but I paid my title off, and they didn't release my title till almost 2 weeks later, now I have to wait another 2 weeks to get my title. Have the truck sold, and that will get me out of a bad situation, but by the time I het my title, I might eun the possibility of loosing my buyer. Get your title max, yeah right. False advertising! Oh yeah on top of this every time I spoke to anyone, I got told an even longer time frame. Very disappointed read more
