I was simply tried to get an understanding on why they sent me a courtesy letter advising I qualify to get more money on my account. Mean if I needed to borrow more money on my title pawn account I can. Times kinda hard so I called to try and qualify call to see what was up. Lady took my info which was on file but ok. To my surprise she called and said i didn't qualify. I ask why was the letter sent saying I qualify she advised that other ppl advertising that letter. Then she advised because the loan is new i dont qualify. Now heres my issue with that they have all my info which would have advised them of my status. Here's the kicker they ran my credit knowing I wouldn't qualify. Ask to speak to supervisor the man that came to the phone had a one side conversation. He refuse to let me speak. When i finally got a word in. I ask why would you guys run my credit knowing I didnt qualify? He became very belligerent and went all around my question and just strangely flat-out refuse to answer my question. Then after he got finished saying his spill he hung up the phone. No ma'am ham Sam. I love customer service I came there because of their customer service but I was wrong I cannot wait till I hurry up and pay off my account and I will spread the word of all the people who I advised to come to this new car deal Title Loan rescue for the customer service. Its not worth it. I felt a certain type of way and for them to address me the way they did and I am a return customer never had that experience until this supervisor spoke to me I am going to hurry up and pay off my loan and I don't think I'll go back to them I don't think.So unless the Lord put me in a predicament or they may not even have me back which is fine the customer service is something I pay for 100% And he didn't show that on this conversation and to hang up on a customer wow. And they ran My credit knowing I do not qualify. That did not sit with me either but ok. All is already said and done.

The rating is a -100!! The experience that I've had with this location is p*** poor!! I've been…read moremaking payments every week even before my unemployment ran out. Fast forward to the week of July 13th. I called on that day not the 14th. I asked if I could have at least until the end of July 30th because I have been diligently looking for work. I was told on July 13th that I would have to call on the 14th?? Even though I was calling a day ahead of the 14th...!!! Then the supervisor who took my call on the 13th (who I was talking to at this time) told me there were no notes saying that I had until the 17th of July- Even though "she was the one" that I spoke with on the 13th of July!!! I said, well I'm calling now which is the 13th. The manager told me no I could not have until the end of July. Then I asked could I have until the 17th of July so they would not auction or sell my car. I was told I had until the 17th of July. That was a "ball face lie" !!! I called in on the 17th of July to make my payment to get my car back. I was told that the car was sold on the 15th of July!!!! I said that I was mislead and I requested for the call to be pulled because it would prove and demonstrate that I was advised I had until the 17th of July. When I requested for the call to be pulled, I was not given a date when it would be pulled- even though I indicated it needed to be pulled today- right now!! I escalated my complaint up to the corporate office and I requested for the director to call me back "after" he had listened to the call. Not only did he not call me back- he had the store manager of my store, call me back-not him!! The based on what the "manger" told me- Either he didn't listen to the entire call or just played a portion of it thereby not being able to prove that I was advised that I had until the 17th of July to get that payment in!! The Director was too much of a coward to even call me back and allow "us" to listen to the call because that information was contained on the call about the July 17th 2026!! Don't do business with this company ever!!
