Financials -- they offered a competitive price, especially when you consider that there were no closing fees, and they provided movers to get our belongings to our new house (100 miles away). Convenience -- we needed time to sort through our belongings, and to tend to some medical appointments, and QH gave us that flexibility. In addition, we were able to leave behind some large items that we didn't want to take nor be bothered by their removal -- including a large old freezer and chest of drawers. Communication was excellent. We were in regular contact throughout the process, and the title company even sent a notary to our new rural location to finalize the settlement paperwork. After a lengthy email exchange (with the most prompt response times on his part ever!!), I had full confidence in Eddie and decided to hire him to help me search.
