The gym still looks like a CrossFit gym with rigs, rowers, assault bikes, ski ergs, and other equipment you expect but they also offer spin classes in a beautiful studio with spin bikes. They also offer nutritional guidance and coaching. I love that they have cupping and it's at a very reasonable price. Workouts are scalable for all skill levels and individual needs, and you will find the same great coaches!

I've hired several around the country and I can easily say, Cortez is the only personal trainer I've found that is well worth the fee. Cortez is not like any other trainers (most of them just show you how to use machines and count while you do reps on a machine). Cortez doesn't always use traditional gym equipment. He designs work outs that are totally unique (not just boring machines) and custom to each individual. His sessions are very motivational. He keeps it interesting. And the results are LIFE CHANGING. Their wall is taller than most gyms and very overhanging in the lead section which makes it very fun. The main rope room did get a bit hot during whenever the sun came in, but that's OK. The staff were very accommodating and immediately gave us a belay check. The route grading is accurate and the movement is generally unique with some very cool gems that stood out.

After some research we decided on Odyssey since it was brand new and we all enjoyed rock climbing in the past! The area around Odyssey is under construction so finding their parking lot was a little adventurous. Once inside we were greeted by possibly one of the most actively nice staff and engaging staff I've experienced. I've done rock climbing myself in the past but it was awesome having the staff so knowledgable and patient with teaching some of us who haven't gone belaying/bouldering in awhile. We spend a good 2 hours at Odyssey and boy what a time it was! So many laughs and "ooooo"s whenever one of us slammed against or fell off a wall. Great time with my friends and I highly recommended my best friend who is from Green Bay to look into a membership with Odyssey. Very impressed by the facility and design overall!
