When we got close to Los Tacos, a gentleman, which we assumed was the owner, offered us a sample of their chicken quesadillas and that sold us right on the spot. Wow! We decided to stay and ordered a few more items: the Quesabirria, which has been one of my favorite from all the places I've tried before.
