Maybe due to location, a smaller street off main street Magnolia, so there was only one person ahead of me and one person after me. I got there 3:08 pm Wednesday and finished the smog check at 3:25 pm so really about 15 minutes! I liked the two open seating areas, could walk through to front waiting room or stay by car in back seating area. I paid cash and he even confirmed over the phone that it was ok that I misplaced my car registration paper (he could send the pass results electronically). Yay!
