I called on Sunday at 11am. My appointment was scheduled for Monday at 11am! John showed up a few minutes early and took a look at the old carpets in our new home. There was no sugar coating it, but we are not ready to replace the carpets yet. He was able to remove some staining without a problem, but he was very clear with me that some of these stains were years old from the former homeowner and would probably not come up. He gave me tips to gradually lighten some of the stains. He also walked me through caring for the carpet to drag out it's life span for a few more years. The carpets look great considering the age of them. I feel more prepared now to move our little kids into this new house. I am not done cleaning, but the biggest part is done! Thanks John!
