The reality is they only carry pretty bras in small sizes, and they have a negligale assortment of anything in a larger size. I'm 60; I know my bra size. I know I can have properly fitted AND pretty bras. Later that day I went home with EIGHT of them from another store who has a wider range of sizes, colors, and styles, and was NOT demeaning or insulting or blaming the customer for their shortcomings. Dillards lost a customer for life. It was the most humiliating, degrading, and frustrating experience I've ever had shopping. Whoever was working on Tuesday, May 12th around noon -- shame on you.

However, upon reviewing my receipt after leaving the store, I noticed I hadn't received the special pricing for purchasing three shirts. I only received the welcome discount. When I got home and tried on the shirts, I discovered that one of them was the wrong size. This prompted me to return to the store, both to exchange the shirt and to address the pricing issue. Upon returning, I was greeted by a very nice and professional clerk who assured me that they could credit me back the difference, which I believed to be around $80. However, when the credit was processed, I was informed that it would only be $23.36. Curious about the discrepancy, I inquired further and was told that I couldn't receive both discounts simultaneously. The clerk also mentioned that the associate who had originally helped me was mistaken in their explanation of the offer. While the staff I interacted with were friendly and professional, the miscommunication regarding the discounts was disappointing. I appreciate the effort made by the second clerk to resolve the issue, but clarity in promotions and training for all associates would enhance the customer experience. I hope the store can address these concerns to prevent similar misunderstandings in the future.

Every time I asked, he dismissively responded with, "It's a rental," without offering any real explanation or help. We went in already aware that my husband's build (muscular with a smaller waist) might make renting difficult, and we were open to purchasing a suit for a better fit. However, due to how uncomfortable and unwelcome the experience felt, we just wanted to leave as quickly as possible. We also felt like we were treated as less important simply because we were renting instead of buying. Instead of feeling confident in our choice, we ended up settling for a rental that doesn't fit well at all. Overall, we're extremely disappointed with the experience. If it weren't for the strict dress code for the groomsmen, we absolutely would have taken our business elsewhere.

When you first enter, you're welcomed into a nice open space that is continued down the expansive hall. It has almost a library feel to it with its sectioned areas, dark wood shelving, and well planned "book" and "bulb" displays. The aesthetic is beautiful, and is what I've come to expect from the brand. Like I mentioned in my tip, the store has twice the selection and twice the amount of product. It's already, in my opinion, better than the mall location, but I say that only because there's more and more. The people stayed the same, and they're still just as helpful. The pricing is the norm for the brand, but there are always sales upon sales at the store (if you didn't know already). Anywho, not much more to say really. A nice new location, and this location is up there with many of its bigger sister stores. It's now located in the great open outdoor mall at Uptown. A perfect fit for the brand, and now a great fit for Albuquerque.
