Rarely anything good in XL and the plus size clothes there are just blah. No color or style. The staff are nice most of the time. I have interacted with a couple of rude people when I've looked for items. The set up in the health and beauty area is horrible. So hard to find things. First off, they stock way more things than any of the other Targets in the area that I go to. Whenever I'm looking for a specific item on the app and it's sold out at the stores around me, Brighton always has it in stock for pick up. Last Christmas I walked around and was amazed by how much more holiday decor they had available compared to other shops I had been to. Anyone who knows me knows I get a little holiday decor crazy so I definitely filled an entire cart with goodies. Their shelves are just so much more interesting than the other locations I go to. The grocery section is also pretty great and filled with way more than I typically see at my local Target. Recently I stopped in on a Sunday night and will say it was a bit cleaned out but that may have just been post-weekend shoppers. Any time I've gone mid-week it's been super stocked. This location also has a mini-Disney store inside which is only one of a handful in the state. It's not huge but they carry some things you'll only see in these mini-stores so it's worth browsing through if you have the time. My only complaint is, given the size of the store and how many people come through, they should have more than 4 self-check out kiosks. When I was there last they only had one register open so the self-check out line was pretty long. That would definitely ease things up a bit if they added some more.

The assistants are friendly and helpful from beginning to end, answering questions and providing expert advice about clothing styles and sizes. Sales representative named Ann helped me chose the right size top that was flattering for my body type. The store being brand new SPARKLED and there was no dirt or scuff marks anywhere. The dressing rooms were immaculate. It was a fabulous experience shopping there. The store currently only sells women's fashion and accessories but in the future may sell men's travel bags and accessories. MK is a wonderful addition to the Tanger Outlets family. Two thumbs up. I've shopped at many other MK stores across the country, both regular and outlet and this location is one of the better ones.

At Christmas time, I was able to get my dad, my nephew and my brother-in-law a beautiful 100% silk scarf for $10 each. I almost cried because I never have much of a budget and the men are always the hardest for me to shop for because there's not much you can get with $10, especially for a classy men like these. They always make a big deal out of my gifts and are very grateful because they know I can't afford much. But, this year, It made me so proud to be able to get them each something that they can wear and think of me. All three of them have worn their scarves each time I have seen them and they love them! I also found a nice fleece-lined beanie hat for my husband. She didn't say much of anything to me which I get it you are having a bad day and don't want to talk. But when the other 2 in my group came up and asked for her to honor a lower price on the same item she sighed and was like "I can get a manager to do that if you're gonna be mad about it." Then she didn't even do it right. My group went back up because they wanted the money off and she made another comment about us needing gas money. Real nice. My group all works in customer service jobs so we weren't being annoying even from the beginning.

My first comment is the only negative I have to say and it's that the aisles seem really narrow so it's hard to walk down the aisle with a cart when there's another person there or even walk by someone in an aisle. I found some great deals on shoes and work clothes. They had a lot of different brands which made me happy because I feel like similar stores carry the same exact brands and don't have a lot of variety. The employees I interacted with were very friendly. They do have some home goods, but it's very small area. I found a tea kettle with a mesh strainer in it so I could put my tea right into the kettle and it was such a good price. I was very excited. It was very clean and well organized. I hope it stays that way!

I am writing an Old Navy Corporation review and Barclay, the bank they use to manage the credit…read morecards. The Old Navy credit card account, I have used for 3 months. I kept it paid off every month. I went over the limit - and paid the entire amount off in one payment and I have not paid one dollar in interest. When I made the last payment, they placed a hold for 7 days! I could not get them to release the hold, the representative said it could not be removed. The sale ends today. I felt angry but I cancelled the account. It is unfortunate because you get good deals and I like their clothing. As for the store shopping experience, the last time I was in the store, the sales personnel followed me while in the store and while I tried clothes on. (Ann Arbor store on Washtenaw) I feel disappointed but I guess I don't need anymore clothes.

I'm curvier on the bottom so typically jeans either fit me in the waist or thighs but rarely both. Or something seems to fit in store only to stretch out too much after a few wears and washes. Madewell jeans are perfect for me though! I buy their Curvy line, which fits me in the thigh AND waist without gapping, and now I just don't even bother trying to figure out my sizes/fit for other brands. They have some good sales and programs. End of season sales can find jeans like half off. There are student and healthcare worker discounts. If you bring in an old pair of jeans to recycle (and they don't even have to be Madewell), you get $20 off a new pair. But I've also purchased full price because they're just that good! The fit in both full length jeans and shorts work well for me. They also have a tailoring service if something doesn't fit perfectly, which I think is free for most pant purchases? So if you are curvier on the bottom and struggle with finding jeans that fit, I definitely recommend trying out Madewell! Aside from jeans... Nice, higher quality clothing, leaning more on the basic/classic end in style, cuts, and color. Also love Madewell shirts and dresses. Accessories (scarves, jewelry etc) are cute too. The only thing I don't like about this location is the parking lot. Though I can usually find a spot even when it's busy, I'm always nervous about getting into an accident because of how tight the parking is. I recommend going during the week or off-hours for the best parking experience.
