Some might be cleaner than others, but for the most part it's the same. What I will say is that as far as Dollar Generals go, they always seem to come through with the seasonal pickups. I was able to pick up some candy, some cheap Halloween items and even grabbed an early Thanksgiving ornaments. The quality might not be the best in the world, but you're at Dollar General not Pottery Barn. Aside from candy, I'm also my certain that the hanes t shirts are cheaper her than they are at somewhere like Walmart or Target. I've always encounter nice staff, and it's a pretty decent sized store. Overall a solid spot for some cheap items.

I purchased a long stool that also had storage in it, and when I asked the employee for assistance, it seemed as if I was bothering her then, when I went to the cashier to check out that lady kept bothering me about getting a credit card. I told her no multiple times and she was still so persistent. Honestly, if I didn't need that item, I would've just left because I hate when people nag me about being a credit card that I don't need. They do have some really great deals on bakeware and other kitchenware. I feel like on some of the HomeGoods you really have to look at the prices to make sure that it's worth the value.

First off, they stock way more things than any of the other Targets in the area that I go to. Whenever I'm looking for a specific item on the app and it's sold out at the stores around me, Brighton always has it in stock for pick up. Last Christmas I walked around and was amazed by how much more holiday decor they had available compared to other shops I had been to. Anyone who knows me knows I get a little holiday decor crazy so I definitely filled an entire cart with goodies. Their shelves are just so much more interesting than the other locations I go to. The grocery section is also pretty great and filled with way more than I typically see at my local Target. Recently I stopped in on a Sunday night and will say it was a bit cleaned out but that may have just been post-weekend shoppers. Any time I've gone mid-week it's been super stocked. This location also has a mini-Disney store inside which is only one of a handful in the state. It's not huge but they carry some things you'll only see in these mini-stores so it's worth browsing through if you have the time. My only complaint is, given the size of the store and how many people come through, they should have more than 4 self-check out kiosks. When I was there last they only had one register open so the self-check out line was pretty long. That would definitely ease things up a bit if they added some more.

I was disappointed in what that could buy me in this store, it seemed overpriced to me. The "homemade" looking crafts and signs were all made in China, etc., and given pricey markups. Why not support local craft vendors who can make these beautiful items with quality and give back to the community? Secondly, and MORE importantly, when you walk into the store, there is a strong smell that hits you as soon as you're in. It's hard to identify, but it has a cigarette and mildew smell to it, and it was throughout the store; possibly coming from the ventilation system. I tried to get over it as I walked around the store, but I just couldn't stand it any more. When I left, I had a sore throat and a headache. Not sure what's up with that, but an allergic reaction for sure. I don't think I'll be going back to this store for these two reasons.
