I always find something good at TJ Maxx...The prices and variety of items change every week, so you can find new exciting stuff every time you visit. This last time I focused on a few items for the bathroom and bedroom and they had SO MANY choices !!! Very impressed with This TJ Maxx... from the moment I walked into the store, it presents really well, neat clean and organized. Was very happy with the selections, the value for name brand clothing was really a bargain. The service in the shoe department was excellent as was the woman who greets you at the changing rooms. Ms.B needs to be given a raise or moved up to h r she gave me the best customer service I've ever received was beyond personable and sweet in regards to helping me and just having a genuine conversation . She went beyond her job title and after her working there for 15+ years y'all need to seriously think about moving her up within your franchise she was AMAZING! This store always has a great selection that seems to change frequently. Only place I can buy my British face wash (lol).

Really love the new location in the South Coast Marketplace. Conveniently located near other stores I regularly shop at, makes stopping in to TJ Maxx more of a regular thing. I love the layout in this store and find it clean and organized. Have been able to find many of the things I'm looking for when I've come. They have designer brands at lower prices. Recently I visited this location with a friend after we had dinner at a restaurant in the surrounding area. It was a Wednesday and this location closed in about half an hour. We went in to take a peek at the Halloween selection and see if there was anything we would like to purchase. We then went over to the candle section and as I was looking at the candles my friend was looking at the planners on the shelf behind me. My friend then walks towards me and behind her a sales associate aggressively pushes a planner upright that my friend did not touch. The sales associate then rudely said "if you are going to look at the books you need to fix them after because I am leaving soon." I did not react at first because I did not realize she was directing her comment towards my friend. She then walks past us to exit the aisle and mutters "we are closing soon anyways." I then realized she was talking to us and told my friend we should just leave as I was displeased with her lack of customer service skills. As we were leaving the aisle I hear the same sales associate tell her coworker in an annoyed tone "yeah there are just two girls still in the candle aisle." At this point it was 15 minutes before close and both my friend and myself were highly displeased with her unpleasant attitude and poor customer service. As we continued to make our way through the store to the exit we spoke loudly about how we are both retail managers and would never treat customers in such a way. I would also like to point out that we were not the only customers still shopping in the store. There was even customers still walking in as we exited. Overall I enjoy TJ Maxx very much and they always have the cutest products at great price points, however the staff at this location made our experience quite unenjoyable. read more

Normally I love TJMaxx. They have a great variety of clothes at great prices. However, this particular location I'm not a fan of. The location itself is smaller than other TJMaxx's I've visited. The clothing and houseware selection is not that great. I'm not sure if they just get the short end of the stick with what they receive, but I'm not a fan. I've tried going in here on multiple occasions and haven't found anything worthwhile. The place also seems not that clean and disorganized. I tried using the restroom once it was dirty, and smelled awful. I walked right out and went elsewhere. Honestly, there are plenty of other TJMaxx locations in the area that are much better. I'd suggest going to those other locations than to this one. read more

I was desperately looking for a work shirt so I called to see if customer service had anything in stock, Alex went out of her way to find shirts that matched my description and describe them to me over the phone. Can someone please explain to me what is so good about this store? I swear, of the couple times I have been in there, I am expecting what they advertise: brand name clothing at discount prices. What I find is a store that is less put together than Walmart, and personally I think more expensive. I have never found anything that I need when I go there, and everything has a cheap look to it. Maybe it's the harsh lighting? I went in here to find a nice dress, and the best I could find was an ever so small section of sundresses. I get it, maybe those people that rave about this place get exclusive VIP shopping in the back , where you actually get the nicer stuff at that discount prices they claim to have. I'll have to talk to my sister in-law about this, this is her favorite store. read more

I don't shop here often but when I do it seems to be pretty clean and well kept, the people who work there are always nice. I've always loved maxx and marshalls anyway. Prices are always on point!! read more

Cheap brands, no designer stuff/runway. If you have been to the Seekonk store and think that it will be like that, just because they moved, you will be very disappointed! Why are stores so different? Different buyers? Whoever is doing the buying for this store needs to get with the program. read more

went there today for xmas shopping. I found some pretty good buys for my family. i would definitely go back.
