Being back to school shopping season is no excuse for how messy and disastrous each and every department was. The shoe department was especially bad. Prices were marked completely different RIGHT. ON. THE SHOE. from what scanned. You would open a shoe box and find a different shoe or size inside. The dressing rooms looked like someone emptied their entire closet and just threw things everywhere. The bedding department had sale signs under items that were not on sale at all. Thankgod for the Kohls app to find out the real prices of things or there would be huge issues come time to check out. My mom and I were so frustrated with all of the disarray we couldn't stand to stay very long or complete our shopping trip.

I was here 3 times while home visiting my parents and both experiences were blah. The first time I came shopping in store. The parking lot is insane. It was early afternoon and we still had to park very far away. Inside the store things looked like a tornado went through in many different sections. They also had empty spots, and were out of quite a few things. The one thing that made me happy was the special biodegradable, reusable bags they are now using. They are super sturdy and def worth reusing, esp with NY State's plastic bag ban going into effect in the spring. The second and third times I did online order for pickup in store. I dont know if this is a newer option at this Target, but at home I am used to this being a very quick process. They even have reserved parking for it. Here I had to wait in line with everyone else wanting something out of the customer service desk, to which only one person was working. One instance I showed my barcode and they said it wasn't needed just my ID. The second instance they wanted my barcode and not the ID. No consistency. Some of my products ordered online upon pickup were not available and had to be cancelled.

Rude employees who yell at you when asking about a product being in stock. Almost every cash register is turned off even during peak business hours and with long lines. I think Shaq has a better chance of hitting a free throw than receiving an error free delivery. Many of my favorite staples are also no longer being stocked here as well despite abundant availability in other locations. Hopefully the length of this review will also help clearly illustrate the intense feeling of frustration I've been experiencing recently shopping here.

I get there are staffing shortages but your priced are pennies cheaper than other stores. All that was opened was self checkout. Rang up item I came for and rang up higher than online and shelf tag indicated. Ok you would think that would not be a problem but you would be wrong as Customer service closes at 8. It was 8:20 pm when I checked out. I was told they could not adjust price or refund as I would have to come back to the belly of the beast if I wanted a refund or an adjustment. Yet there were a number of customer service staff there that Were still there. I was told the drawers are taken and nothing they can do. This is so wrong and a poor business practice. Guess I should be thankful everyone kept their pants on. Store to me was filthy and unkept. Can not tell you how many items were piled up in customer service never seen anything like all the overflowing carts of merchandise.
