Is what it is , I wore the ring a WEEK & it's already broken , the entire side on the ring is fucked up , it's already missing a diamond , and no I'm not rough with it , I do not work in an environment where it would be affected at ALLLLL.. I bring it up there and they told me " with you having to size it down more than 1 size it's going to mess up the sides of the ring." Okay what the hell... who the fuck would buy a ring KNOWING that... because I sure as hell wouldn't have bought it if I would have known that. My husband bought me a bracelet as a wedding gift... guess what? Broken. Snapped right in half. POS jewelry. I was trying to meet a few particular things on my app to get a discount and they really went above and beyond to take on my complicated situation and they did not stop until we accomplished my goals. I can understand that it's Friday night and people want to get home from work as soon as possible, but to blatantly badmouth customers to your co-workers in front of their faces and be just plain rude is unacceptable. My family & I are from out of state. After a hectic day, we made a last minute trip to Target to pick up some essentials we needed. We were moving as fast as possible but got stuck when it came to searching for a sunblock (we only purchase sunblocks that are not harmful to the coral reefs) so it took an extra second. I turned to tell my boyfriend that one of the employees was eyeing us and that we really needed to hurry (in an attempt to be as considerate as possible) and the woman immediately began badmouthing us on her walkie-talkie RIGHT IN FRONT OF US. As if this wasn't bad enough, at checkout my sister-in-law swiped her target discount card for me just as a kindness, and when my payment wouldn't process, one of the employees stepped in and YELLED at me about how "using that discount doesn't work without a target red card" and rolled her eyes at us. I mean, geez... I'm sorry that I wasn't aware. I'm sorry that your day was so terrible you couldn't take 2 seconds to ask us if we needed help rather than immediately choose to be nasty. You can buy a good shirt for a couple bucks. For someone with small feet like me, they don't have a lot in store in the shoe section. I had a thing for scarves in the beginning of winter and they had pretty decent ones that cost around $7. Not bad! Considering they sell them for $20 a piece at Kohl's. House items are abundant as well as stuff geared mostly for women. Unfortunately they only have 3 counters open on a busy Sunday (it sucks falling in a long line). I love checking out great styles for cheap so it's fun browsing here and picking up a couple things every once in a while.

The parking lot was clean and had enough space for the other customers to not hit my car. The store itself is gearing up for the increase foot traffic from the Holiday Season. The aisles and areas were neat and clean with everything organized into a proper place. The associates there were friendly and very helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Is it odd to review a Kohl's? Sure. But here I go anyway!…read more It's in a nice location in Wichita Falls and is easy to get to, although there isnt much in Wichita Falls that's hard to find. I was here for a wedding and forgot the top I was going to wear with my skirt, in a panic I went to Kohl's and not just one, but TWO associates there helped me gather items and some new cheap jewelry that matched the new outfit I was going to wear. The store was clean and laid out like every other kohl's but I really appreciated these ladies going the extra mile. For customer service alone, they rock! (They also had some awesome clearance racks!)
